XMC is a small team of highly experienced and professional individuals
who work closely together and strive to add value to our clients' business.
We strive for a turnaround time of three days from receipt of the particular
spec until we formally submit prospective applicants' CV's.
Clients will liaise with one contact person for the full duration of their Service
Level Agreement with XMC.

3. PROCESS
1. Job order form attached, completed by client/relevant
management.
2. Job spec received from client with specifications and relevant
information about he position.
3. Searching our database for candidates. We advertise the position
and screen the CV's, than shortlist the best out of the CV's received.
4. Interviews are scheduled with the candidate, face to face,
telephonic, skype, based on the urgency, location and availability of
the candidate .
5. Once the interview process has been completed, we select the best
candidates to forward to the client in our prepared CV template. With
recommendations.
6. When the client has seen the cv's and make a decision as to who
they would like to see, we facilitate, setting up the interview between
the client and the candidate. If the CV's are not suitable, the process
will be repeated.
7. Once the client has seen the candidate and decides on who they
are interested the most, we then do further checks on the candidate
before the offer stage. Some clients request a second interview. Note
that we only do checks once the client wants to make an offer to the
candidate. For financial institutions we do ITC and Experian checks,
before sending the CV to the clients.
8. Once the client is happy and had made a final decision, we facilitate
the offer negotiation and than once decided on a final offer, we
present it to the candidate and the candidate makes a decision. If
he accepts we forward the signed offer to the client. We correspond
via email of regret to the unsuccessful candidates.
