deploy Windows 10, Office 365 ProPlus and subsequent feature updates. When
customers request this service, FastTrack specialists work with them to address valid
app issues at no additional cost. (Must have 150+ licenses of an eligible plan).
The Desktop App Assure service is available to:
• Assist customers in remediating custom developed line-of-business applications
• Engage 3rd party independent software vendors to help remediate their Windows
10 applications and issue support statements for Windows-as-a-Service
• Address issues found in Microsoft first-party products (including Office macros &
add-ins)
Available at no additional cost to customers with eligible Windows 10 and
Microsoft 365 subscriptions of 150+ seats: Microsoft 365 E3/E5/A3/A5, Windows
