This document describes Sprintz.Work, a 5-week program that provides trained remote teams and coaching to help companies innovate. It addresses challenges like getting innovation teams to focus remotely. The program applies design sprint methodology over 5 weeks instead of just 5 days. Managers work 10-15 hours per week with certified global talent on real projects and learn skills like managing remote workers. They receive lifelong access to innovation tools and training in methods from fields like Agile and design thinking. The goal is to achieve more innovation results in 5 weeks than with traditional shorter sprints alone.
Venture boss a program to coach train 1 million entrepreneurs by 2026Bryan Cassady
At venture-boss our mission is to help train and coach 1 million young entrepreneurs by 2026.
But for billions of people around the world, Entrepreneurship is just a dream. It is something other people do.
Venture-boss will change this by offering a simple, but powerful, 5-day learning by doing program that can be run in any language, for almost any type of business, online or in-person by thousands of trainers worldwide.
Our business model is inspired by Innovation engineering taught at 26 US universities. And the Founder Institute run in 182 cities. Our program and their programs are based on independent local programs that are easy to scale AND collaboration for continual improvement.
We’ve already taught students as young as 17 from 22 countries. Based on these successes, we have started new programs in Nigeria, Angola, India and Malaysia.
It is difficult it is to identify companies that have scalable business models AND equally important will they be able to execute their business plans. We have been working on this challenge now for over 4 years. In the past, a few interviews and some financial analysis might have been enough. Today, markets are more complex, and businesses are harder to evaluate. To solve this challenge have recently combined over 10 years of research on more than 10,000 companies to create an assessment that objectively measures: 1/. Scalability of the business 2/. And their ability to deliver innovation consistently.
The accuracy of our assessments are very good. Right now, with a 1-hour assessment, we are able to correctly classify businesses by scalability and able to predict just under 80% of their variance of innovation success

In the Sprout Labs Learning While Working Manifesto we talk about challenges of what we are calling the 3Cs – Change, Complexity and Collaboration. Continuous learning and the 70:20:10 model is an ideal approach to dealing with these challenges. Application of the 70:20:10 model is new mindset for learning and development. 70:20:10 models are more complex than just organising events. A useful mindset is to think about the 70:20:10 learning model as an eco-system.
State of the Training Industry – A Grass Roots Look from the Employees’ Persp...BizLibrary
In this webinar, we will summarize important findings from this data, including some data confirming what we know about some types of training delivery, as well as some surprising data that runs counter to many “State of the Industry” reports more widely available.
Consumers of training products and services are telling us some very important things, and it’s important that we listen. They are telling us in clear terms what they believe works and doesn’t, and some of the things that they tell us don’t work are the “tried and true” methods of training we typically rely upon. The survey data also reveals a lot of great information about content, length of training and effectiveness by job role

Designing Digital Learning Ecosystems with 70:20:10 Learning ModelSprout Labs
Learning and development is changing rapidly. The focus is moving beyond courses, and the rapid adoption of a 70-20-10 model is a key part of this transformation. The concept of a ‘learning ecosystem’ gives us an elegant way to explain what these new approaches are and how the different components work together. But how to actually design and implement a learner-centred ecosystem is not always straightforward. During this interactive webinar we will explore how to make effective learning ecosystems a reality.
In this course, you will learn to grasp the situation at the gemba and use all your senses to understand what is truly happening. All too often, people create countermeasures to perceived problems without digging deeper or thinking more, that is, learning at the gemba to grasp the actual situation of the problem. 60% of frontline managers fail within the first two years in their role. 26% felt they were not ready for the role, and 58% reported receiving no management training. What can you do to turn these numbers around?
This one-hour webinar is best suited to people who need to develop specific strategies and tactics to help new managers succeed. A crucial element to success is training as your newly promoted managers transition to roles that require new, and frequently unfamiliar, skills and competencies.
Topics we'll discuss:
•Change Management

We are all learning most of the time, but we often don’t recognise this! Many people only feel they have had some development if they have been on a course. Courses can be a great way to develop people, though they can be expensive and people are not always able to put what they have learned into practice when they come back to the work place.
In this on demand webinar, Developing People with the 70/20/10 Model, Jayne McPhillimy has introduced different ways of recognising, and therefore encouraging the development of your people through a range of interventions.
These interventions are often more effective than a traditional course approach and are invariably a more cost effective option.
At the end of this practical on demand webinar recording, you will:
Understand the 70/20/10 Model for Learning & Development and how this approach could support the development of the people in your business.
Widen the scope for what is considered to be learning and development activity in your business.
Understand how you can use this approach to build a ‘Learning Culture’, where people firstly recognise the learning opportunities around them and then actively seek them out.
Be able to move people away from the idea that learning only happens on a Training Course
This webinar is aimed at all those involved in developing staff from HR Managers to Senior Business Leaders and Managers.

Implementing ERP is hard work – may be the hardest work you will do in your career. That is an example of a truism from the first group. It is inescapable. “You need a solid implementation plan” falls into the second group. You can choose to accept or ignore it, but that does not change its truth. Ignoring key implementation steps does not doom you to certain failure, just as not everyone who smokes gets lung cancer. But accepting all of them and acting accordingly will guarantee that you have an implementation that you will be proud of, and look back on as some of your best work.

Myth & Fact Of SICER
Agile SICER Framework is a Silver Bullet for Agile Transformation :-
I wish this is True - but it isn't. You can fail just as spectacularly on an Agile transformation project if we don’t follow the principles. But here You'll fail faster as you will be using Agile (due to the transparency and visibility it brings) but unfortunately it's not a silver bullet or an excuse to stop thinking.
When Management Asks You: “Do You Accept Agile as Your Lord and Savior?"admford
So you’ve been told that your organization is going to implement Agile methodologies across ALL of IT, and not just in development. And you’ve been given the responsibility to implement it in Security Operations, and without a clear plan or measurable objectives other than “make the team more efficient”. While one can complain that someone in the C-Suite heard of the book “Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time”, you still have a job to do. So the basics of Project Management, Agile, Scrum & Kanban are covered and how one can shoehorn these concepts into working in an operations context. Oh, and there will also be some finagling of where DevOps stands regarding Agile and Operations.
It takes a village..,.
The hardest part of writing this book and the courses that go with it was not finding more to say and share, but to clarify and simplify. All the people list here helped.
You can have the greatest idea in the world, but it you can’t get other people excited about your idea it won’t go far.
A perfect pitch takes time to prepare. yYu'll learn about the 5Ps of any good pitch (problem, promise, proof, profit and passion) and 7 easy ways to make your next pitch better...
Deliverable: A pitch that people will understand and will inspire them to take action
A lot of research has shown that systems are the key to innovation success.
Systems are made up of interrelated components of people and processes with a clearly defined, shared destination or goal.
Systems work best when everyone shares an understanding and commitment to the aim or purpose of the system.
The foundations are clarity and a commitment to learn, and improve.
Great companies have 3 characteristics that set them apart from the rest. These characteristics are:
1. An ability to see and build on strengths
2. A commitment to build innovation eco-systems and
3. A commitment to ongoing action
Deliverables: Simplifying the challenges, structuring the learning process, getting better internally and in your eco-system.
f you’re looking to build bigger and better ideas, you need to get feedback.
To get effective feedback you need to be able to explain your ideas clearly, really listen (listening is not just hearing!), slow down to make sure you are on the right path and most importantly be ready to kill bad ideas.
Deliverable: Do people understand the idea, what do they think of the idea, are we making progress. If there is no good hope of progress, kill the idea
Once you know what you want to do it is time to build ideas that have a chance to deliver on your objectives. Contrary to the belief that the ability to build ideas is limited to a select few, there are tools, techniques that can help any team build better ideas.
Better problem formulation
Effectuation (looking for ideas at home with the resources you have)
Systematic search for stimulus and diversity
Techniques to continue building ideas
With these tools and techniques the process is clear, but clear does not mean easy. Removal of fear and an ongoing action focus is the “secret sauce” that can pull everything together.
Deliverable: New ideas that have a good chance of being on strategy; meaningful and unique
This course covers what is Innovation and why everything needs to start with alignment.
If you don’t know where you’re going... Chances are you won’t get where you want to go.
Alignment is the foundation of effective growth and Innovation. It is about finding what is important to you (MISSION) and matching this with what the market wants (NEEDS) and plan to deliver and extract value. It is also about an honest assessment of who you are. (CULTURE)
Deliverables: After this course you will be able to identify 3-4 True North priorities for your company /division (True north) priorities can be:
1. Changing what you are doing and why
2. Changing how you work to generate or extract more value
3. How to work smarter and / or get your culture supporting your innovation objectives
Based on 4 years of research with over 400 companies - there are companies that succeed and companies that fail. The biggest difference between winners and losers is smart winners make good, even mediocre, ideas great over time.
This lecture introduces the ABCs of Innovation
A = Alignment
B = Build ideas
C = Communicate and Check
S = Learning Systems
And explains why a systematic application of these stages of development can help you build ideas faster while reducing the risks of failure.
Speed Dating + TRUE NORTH tool to simplify your challengesBryan Cassady
You’re often alone trying to shape and define your innovation challenges. The reality is that if you start in the wrong direction, it is unlikely you’ll get where you want to go.
Background:
We developed this speed dating technique while running our remote innovation certification program. It is not a webinar where you sit and listen. It is an opportunity to interact with people all over the world through a series of break-out sessions. Participants are split-out into groups of 4 or 5 and later gets feedback for their ideas/challenges.
Too often the good behaviours started in a sprint don’t stick, so a common solution is to innovate outside the core.
I believe a better solution is a habit-building approach based on the latest science of behavioural design
1. What are habits / why are they important
2. 4 steps to build habits
3. Building habits with Sprints
4. A few ideas
5. Discussion

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Putting the SPARK into Virtual Training.pptxCynthia Clay
This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

Unveiling the Secrets How Does Generative AI Work.pdfSam H
At its core, generative artificial intelligence relies on the concept of generative models, which serve as engines that churn out entirely new data resembling their training data. It is like a sculptor who has studied so many forms found in nature and then uses this knowledge to create sculptures from his imagination that have never been seen before anywhere else. If taken to cyberspace, gans work almost the same way.

Sprintz work 5 week sprint program
1. SPRINTZ.WORK: Do More, Learn More In 5
Weeks Than You Ever Thought Possible!
You know that innovation is important, but making it happen consistently and reliably is not easy.
When you add remote working to the mix, getting innovation teams to perform effectively can be
tough.
THE CHALLENGE
To address these challenges, many companies are coming to understand the power of deep work,
time blocking and how to leverage remote teams. A popular solution is short, 4-5-day design sprints
using global talent. Sprints are a great way to get ideas started or moving forward faster. They work
because they offer an easy process to follow that is focused and time-boxed.
DESIGN SPRINTS ARE A GOOD AND POPULAR SOLUTION
Our program offers everything you will find in a traditional sprint, but we also provide a trained team
selected from a global talent pool, a process, tools and a training program.
Our pilot programs have been successful in education, product development, non-profit and the
creation of new start-ups. We are helping managers and companies do more and learn more than they
ever thought possible by working 10-15 hours per week for five weeks.
Short sprints can achieve a great deal quickly but they do not always deliver the long-term results you
need. Using the design sprint method as a foundation, we have built something even better;
Sprintz.Work

team that can focus)
•Too short, so hit or miss

Our Pool Of Talent And The Processes To Make Easier To Work Together.
HOW SPRINTZ.WORK WORKS
Details
•Managers will receive training and a challenge for the week on Monday. Wednesday, there will be
time for questions and answers
before the deliveries each Friday.
•Each manager will lead a team of 5 sprinters selected based on their fit with the company needs.
The team of sprinters will work on
average, 100 hours per week.
•To ensure rapid progress; we recommend doing a daily standup and one or two longer meetings per
week with your team.
More than you might expect! You will work with a project chosen by you to a stop/continue decision
point. Over five weeks, you will also address strategy development, market assessment, opportunity
identification and process improvement. During the whole five weeks, you will be guided in learning
how to lead and manage remote workers.
WHAT CAN YOU ACHIEVE IN 5 WEEKS?
In the 5-week program, you will earn methods from Innovation Engineering, Agile, Scrum, Design
Sprint and Exponential Organizations. You will also be given lifetime access to tools designed to make
innovation faster and more consistent. These tools and methods have been brought together in the
ABCs method of innovation, the system being taught at several leading MBA programs including
EDHEC, currently the top-rated program in Entrepreneurship in Europe. The ABCs method is also
featured in a new book, Cycles, that will be published in 2020.
