An IEP (Individualized Education Program) is a document developed for each child receiving special education services that outlines goals and objectives tailored to their specific needs. The IEP details the child's current performance levels, annual goals and objectives, special education services and supports, progress monitoring methods, and placement recommendations. It is designed and prepared by an assessment team to ensure each child's unique needs are met through systematic, developmental programming.

long)
It includes supplementary aids and services that the child
needs.
4. Measuring Progress
This states how the child’s progress will be measured and
how parents will be informed of the progress.
