This document summarizes water, sanitation, and hygiene projects carried out in 3 villages - Pirpradangga, Kirttankhali, and Santoshpur in South West Bangladesh. It outlines issues around access to clean water and sanitation. Projects included constructing new ponds and repairing existing ones to provide water to over 150 families, as well as building 35 latrines and promoting hygiene awareness. Challenges included disputes over family selection for latrines and collecting contribution funds. The outcomes were improved access to safe water and sanitation, though sustainability remains an ongoing effort.
