The document discusses the first four chakras located along the spine. The first chakra, called the Mooladhara, is located at the base of the spine and governs excretory and sexual functions. The second chakra, Swadisthan, is in the abdomen and relates to creativity. The third chakra, called the Nabhi, is behind the navel and deals with sustaining things internally. Surrounding the second and third chakras is a void that separates awareness from truth until the Kundalini fills this gap. The fourth chakra, Anahat, is behind the sternum bone and oversees the heart and lungs.

The fundamental qualities imparted by your Vishuddhi chakra include effective communication and a sense of community. When your Vishuddhi is balanced and energized, you feel in harmony with the rest of humanity. It is through the Vishuddhi chakra that you receive the ability to be diplomatic, polite and pleasant.
The Vishuddhi chakra also gives you the ability to accept shortcomings and challenges without feelings of guilt.
It is through the Sahasrara chakra that you are able to connect to the power that created you. Through this, you may discover the meaning of your life. It represents your ultimate destination – the realization of heaven on earth.
Each of your six main chakras (from Mooladhara through Agnya) has roots within your brain. When you practice Sahaja Yoga, the Kundalini rises. It passes through each of the six chakras and settles in the limbic region of your brain. This process is also known as Spiritual Enlightenment.
The Sahasrara chakra is represented in the hollow space within the limbic area. One thousand nerves surround this space. When the Kundalini energy enters your Sahasrara chakra through meditation, all these nerves fire in unison. The Kundalini energy then manifests through the top of your head and unites with the Divine Energy of the universe.
Your Nabhi chakra is located within your spinal column. It can be found parallel to your navel. It is closely associated with your solar plexus. The vibrations of your Nabhi chakra can be felt in your middle fingers. The function of your abdominal organs (stomach, liver, kidneys, and bowels) is regulated by the Nabhi and Swadisthan chakras along with the Void. These three subtle centers work as an integrated unit in ensuring a harmonious physiologic environment in your body.
The various countries in our world represent the different chakra positions of Our mother Earth. If you truly yearn for world peace, learn to cleanse your nations by collectively clearing your individual selves.
Citizens of various countries should wake up to this spiritual call and start working towards reaching the ONE destination that we all crave for…World Peace!
You will notice that citizens are already blessed with the qualities as given with each chakra – eg. Africa is known for its stellar creativity (2nd chakra) – be it music, songs..and America (5th Chakra) is known for its communication skills and building communities.. bringing people closer – Facebook, Whatsapp…..
Jainism believes that the universe contains two basic substances: Jiva (living souls) and Ajiva (non-living things). When these interact through actions, they generate karmic bonds that cause rebirth and worldly experiences. However, through spiritual discipline like asceticism, one can stop generating new karmic bonds and erode existing ones, eventually achieving complete liberation or moksha from this cycle. The key doctrines of Jainism include the nature of souls and their bondage/liberation from karma through the processes of influx, assimilation, stoppage, falling away, and ultimate freedom.

How To Balance Your Chakras And Strengthen Your IntuitionTia Johnson
This document summarizes a webinar on balancing chakras and strengthening intuition. The webinar will last one hour and cover how to balance the 7 major chakras, techniques to strengthen intuitive abilities like clairvoyance and clairaudience, and how combining balanced chakras with strong intuition can improve various areas of life including confidence, risk-taking, and attracting valuable people. The presenter is introduced as a Reiki practitioner and author who created a spiritually-based business to help people.
The second chakra is the chakra of creativity, pure attention and pure knowledge. It is the one which connects us to the inner source of inspiration and enables us to experience the beauty around us. This is also the center of pure, steady attention and power of concentration. On the physical level it looks after our liver, kidneys and the lower abdomen. When we think too much, this center gets drained of energy and damage to the chakra occurs.
Sahaja Yoga meditation focuses on redirecting one's attention from being easily dispersed to focusing on the roots of attention at the base of the spine. This area at the base of the spine, called the Kundalini, is our source of energy and contains 21 threads of energy that have the potential to awaken and enlighten us, though only a few ever achieve this state. The practice encourages opening one's desire and hands to discover the beautiful flowering energy and experience enlightened attention that penetrates all of life deeply and flows with joy from our thousand-petalled lotus in the brain.
This document discusses steps 2 and 3 of a 7-step program on self-mastery through exploring the chakras. Step 2 focuses on the sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen, which governs creativity and sexuality. Step 3 examines the solar plexus chakra, situated near the stomach, which represents personal power and will. The document provides information on characteristics, imbalances, and meditations for cultivating each chakra. Participants engaged in research and discussion to learn about balancing the sacral and solar plexus chakras.
The document discusses the kleshas, which are obstacles to spiritual practice and enlightenment according to yoga philosophy. There are five main kleshas: avidya (ignorance), asmita (ego), raga (attachment), dvesha (aversion), and abhinivesha (fear of death). Overcoming the kleshas allows one to attain equanimity and move beyond reactivity and attachments to experience reality as it is. Understanding and addressing the kleshas can help one progress spiritually by bringing inner obstacles into awareness for analysis and transcendence.
The document describes the concept of "leshyas", which are the colors or vibrations that individuals radiate based on their mental state or "culture of the mind". There are six types of leshyas - Krishna (black), Neel (blue), Kapot (brown), Tejo (red), Padma (yellow), and Shukla (white) - representing different mental cultures from most negative to most positive. The document explains each leshya in terms of the associated mental qualities and consequences. It encourages readers to practice non-violence in order to develop a positive mental culture and radiate the highest leshya of Shukla.
The document discusses the Hindu doctrine of reincarnation. It explains that a soul or "jiva" transmigrates between physical bodies based on karma, or past deeds. Good and bad actions create "vasanas" or subtle impressions that determine the type and quality of life in the next birth. Karma can be of three types - past actions not yet experienced (sanchit), those currently being experienced (prarabdha), and present actions (agami). Reincarnation explains why some good people suffer while bad people prosper in the current life.
The document provides tips for breaking free from bondage and achieving freedom. It discusses the six enemies that bind us like lust, pride, greed and anger. It explains the three modes of material nature - goodness, passion, and ignorance - and how to elevate oneself from ignorance to passion to goodness through regulated behavior and chanting of the Hare Krishna mantra. The final sentences encourage the reader to follow spiritual principles and give their heart to God in order to transcend material conditioning and become truly free.
In each of us there is a Mothering energy, known for centuries as the key to spiritual enlightenment. It lies dormant, coiled in the Sacrum bone at the base of the spine. It is called Kundalini,
meaning feminine coiled energy. When awakened, we feel a
gentle cool fountain of energy above the top of the head and
cool vibrations on the hands. Sometimes a warm energy is felt as the Kundalini encounters friction in its path - however this will
clear to cool vibrations. The awakened Kundalini connects us
with our spirit and the universal love that surrounds and
pervades everywhere. This union of our spirit with the Divine
energy is the true Yoga event - yoga means ‘union’ or ‘yoking’.
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy
which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention
in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure
thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice,
we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing
benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we
simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous
system.
Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on
principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000
years old.

It also discusses the concepts of karma and reincarnation in Jainism, and that the goal is to be free of karma through renunciation and non-violence, in order to achieve moksha or liberation. The document outlines the three pillars of right faith, right knowledge, and right conduct that constitute the path to liberation in Jainism.
Kamma refers to intentional actions through body, speech, and mind that have moral or immoral consequences. Every action has a corresponding reaction or result. Ignorance and craving are the root causes of kamma. Kamma is not fatalistic, as one can divert the course of their kamma through effort. The five niyamas describe natural laws governing physical and mental phenomena. One is responsible for one's kamma and circumstances, but these can also be transcended by eliminating craving and ignorance.
The Void, along with your Nabhi and Swadisthan chakras, represents an integrated spiritual group. Together, these three elements dictate the course of your evolution, from your creation to your ultimate awareness of spirituality and your journey thereon.
The Void is so named because it represents the ocean of unenlightened awareness (or void) within an individual’s knowledge. Each individual may require the guidance of a true master or truthful spiritual teachings in order to realize his or her true spiritual nature. When you learn the truth of the spirit, your Void, or the gap in your central channel, is filled. This event occurs as you receive your Kundalini awakening and awareness.
When God speaks or gave the command Be It, the Creation came into being and the creative elements and all creative forces are under His control. The Word of God controls the entire creation. His creation obeys His command. But when we speak, the Fire Element is not in our control and so is the case with the other functions as well as the deities at the intermediate level. This is the beginning of our sorrows because as image of God we do not reflect the properties of the Original.
The document discusses the chakra system of the human body. It describes the 7 major chakras located along the spinal cord, starting from the base (Mooladhara) to the crown (Sahasrara). We are not our material bodies but eternal spirit souls. The presence of the soul can be seen through consciousness, which a computer lacks, and through phenomena like near-death experiences. The soul is eternal, individual, and smaller than the tip of a hair. It inhabits the heart and leaves one body for another at death, driven by karma from past lives. Ultimate knowledge comes from understanding our true identity as spirit souls, parts of God, not as temporary material bodies.

Lynda Gonzales wrote a paper on spiritual inventory and theories of spirituality. She interviewed her boyfriend Chris Randall about his responses to 10 questions assessing different aspects of spirituality and well-being. Chris feels fulfilled in his career as a welder and has worked through childhood traumas through counseling. He keeps most people at a distance due to trust issues but deeply cares for close friends and family. He struggles with the past, present and future but tries to live in the moment. Chris prioritizes health, self-improvement and learning despite not enjoying reading much. While their beliefs differ, the interview process was insightful for both of them.

Buddhism was founded by Siddhartha Gautama who realized enlightenment and nirvana. Both traditions emphasize spiritual and moral development through concepts like dharma, non-violence, and seeking wisdom and perfection of humanity.
SS of Marriage - Part 4 - Purpose of MarriagePardeep Sehgal
Marriage serves the four purposes of human life (Purusharthas): dharma, artha, kama, and moksha. While commonly understood in worldly terms, their spiritual meaning is to help one realize the Divine. Marriage completes individuals and allows them to evolve faster spiritually. When a marriage is based on dharma and seeks self-realization, it helps both partners progress towards the ultimate goal of life - liberation from the cycle of birth and death through self-realization of one's true nature.

PGx Analysis in VarSeq: A User’s PerspectiveGolden Helix
Since our release of the PGx capabilities in VarSeq, we’ve had a few months to gather some insights from various use cases. Some users approach PGx workflows by means of array genotyping or what seems to be a growing trend of adding the star allele calling to the existing NGS pipeline for whole genome data. Luckily, both approaches are supported with the VarSeq software platform. The genotyping method being used will also dictate what the scope of the tertiary analysis will be. For example, are your PGx reports a standalone pipeline or would your lab’s goal be to handle a dual-purpose workflow and report on PGx + Diagnostic findings.
The purpose of this webcast is to:
Discuss and demonstrate the approaches with array and NGS genotyping methods for star allele calling to prep for downstream analysis.
Following genotyping, explore alternative tertiary workflow concepts in VarSeq to handle PGx reporting.
Moreover, we will include insights users will need to consider when validating their PGx workflow for all possible star alleles and options you have for automating your PGx analysis for large number of samples. Please join us for a session dedicated to the application of star allele genotyping and subsequent PGx workflows in our VarSeq software.

The biomechanics of running involves the study of the mechanical principles underlying running movements. It includes the analysis of the running gait cycle, which consists of the stance phase (foot contact to push-off) and the swing phase (foot lift-off to next contact). Key aspects include kinematics (joint angles and movements, stride length and frequency) and kinetics (forces involved in running, including ground reaction and muscle forces). Understanding these factors helps in improving running performance, optimizing technique, and preventing injuries.

Karma and Action
How do we create Karma
THOUGHTS
ACTIONS
BELIEF,
And
CONVERTED TO
ENERGY
8. ENERGY FORMATION
Few negative energy generated by jealousy, hatred, greed, anger, critics, fear,
attachment, insecurity etc.
• positive energy generated by love, peace, knowledge, healing, compassion,
prayers, helping people, meditation, forgive, freedom etc.
9. Nine Senses of Human Body
•Without our Spirit our Body is nothing more than 9 holes of Flesh and Bones.
•These holes are two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, one mouth, one genital, and one anus
• Looking at it from an another perspective, eyes, ears, nose, and tongue (mouth)
combined with skin makes five senses of acquiring knowledge (Gyaan Indriyas)
•Similarly, the genital, anus, and voice (mouth) combined with hands and legs make five
senses of action or work (Karma Indriyas).
•The fortress of the body has nine gates; the tenth gate is kept hidden.
• To a person with corrupted senses (ignorant ), this human body is the source of
suffering.
• But to a person with enlightened senses (Spiritual Being), this body is the vehicle of
Spiritual Wisdom (Divine Knowledge).
• As the Divine Knowledge is beyond the reach of the Mayaic mind and senses, it arises
only when the mind and senses cease their desires for corrupt passions.

13. Soul Tracking and its Journey
Life after Life
Soul Transfers into different planes apart from physical body,
the timeframe when death Occurs till the time your soul takes
up a new physical body is called the soul journey
From life after death, during this period it can travel to many
planes, from higher to lower, and choice and conditioning can
play a huge part in the outcome.
Hell and Heaven also lies within US.
As per the karmic records, life flashes like a snap shot. It can
take time for every soul to decide his/her new life, from
months to years to fill the GAP of the physical and the
metaphysical world.
A soul can travel multiple Astral Planes.
The way the soul takes a new life depends on the level of
karma of the past events ,and the type of soul you will be,
depends upto the Karmic imprints that will give rise to the
Future Life
The evolution totally lies in the enlightenment of the soul and
the level that your soul takes.
