Each chakra represents a question about the self, relationships, abilities, authenticity, expression, higher mind, and universal connection. Techniques like asana, pranayama and meditation can help consciously face habits and emotions. The overall aim is to awaken one's full awareness, recognize it, refine it and expand it to our unlimited potential.
