Yoga Nidra brings on serenity, calmness and clarity. It takes your awareness through all the mental states into stillness where you find insight. It is more than meditation, where you remain in a waking state and even though it has some commonalities with autosuggestion, it definitely isn't that as autosuggestion indicates the use of the waking mind.
According to the Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga tradition codified by Yogamaharishi Dr Swami Gitananda Giri, there are six lower and six higher Chakras making a total of twelve Chakras. The lower Chakras known as the Pinda Chakras are related to the physical body while the higher six Chakras, the Anda Chakras are related to the Cosmos. Chakras vibrate at very high speeds of vibration and at their highest speeds of vibration are related to the cosmos. Each of the lower six Chakras has various neuro-endocrine correlates and is associated with one of the five Jnanendriyas and Karmendriyas as also different psychological qualities. This book deals with the Chakras in a detailed manner with magnificent images that were conceptualized by Pujya Swamiji more than 50 years ago. Asanas related to each Chakra and their specific Mandala Pranayamas are elaborated in detail. The unique practices of Chakra Mediation and Mandala Dharana are also added bonuses in this book.

Develop Higher Levels Of Manifesting And Success.pdfMoneyFactory
As you most likely are aware, numerous ways of
advancing great are being and well-being, whether
through diet, meditation, active work, and so on.
Be that as it may, you might have previously
known about Sri Yantra.
A hallowed image, a reflection, a yoga device, an
energy-recuperating instrument, and the Sri Yantra
are these without a moment's delay.
The Sri Yantra is an exceptionally strong and old
meditation instrument.
Its training permits admittance to more significant
levels of cognizance and the improvement of
clairvoyant powers.
This sacrosanct plan, utilized in India for millennia,
is an image of enormous energy.
It is viewed as the most impressive meditation tool
on the planet. It is likewise an incredible asset for
self-awareness.
The Sri Yantra is the portrayal of the state of the
Universe. This sacrosanct image has been used
for millennia in meditation and yoga.
1. Position the yantra so its center is at eye level
and a comfortable distance away. Sit with your
spine straight. Breathe in and out slowly until your
breath flows naturally.
2. Now allow your eyes to see the triangle that
encloses the dot(Bindu). The downward-pointing
triangle represents feminine creative power, while
the upward-facing triangle represents male energy.
3. Allow your vision to expand to include the circles
outside of the triangles. They represent the cycles
of cosmic rhythms. The image of the circle
embodies the notion that time has no beginning
and no end.
4. Bring your awareness to lotus petals outside the
circle. Notice that they are pointing outwards as if
opening. They illustrate the unfolding of our
understanding.
5. The square at the outside of the yantra
represents the material world that our senses
show us and the illusion of separateness via the
well-defined edges and boundaries. At the
periphery of the figure are four T-shaped portals,
or gateways.
Notice that they point toward the interior of the
yantra, the inner spaces of life. They represent our
earthly passage from the external and material to
the internal and sacred.
6. When your awareness begins to shift inward,
close your eyes. Now watch the yantra imprinted in
your mind’s eye, allowing it to gradually guide you
within.
7. Do nothing, and you will find yourself
participating in pure consciousness without the
mind defining it
Journey to self discovery makes us realise what we have in our lives and to express deep gratitude.Inner Alchemy is the road one needs to take to be in touch with one's soul and be in touch with one's intuition.
Introduction: Charles Warner wittily said, “Everybody talks about the weather, but nobody does anything about it.” In modern times, we all seem to talk so much about Yoga, but don’t do anything about experiencing it! “Atha yoganushasanam” says Maharishi Patanjali in his very first verse implying that Yoga is something to be experienced through mindfulness. We can never really ‘do’ Yoga, but we can prepare ourselves for the ‘experience’ of Yoga. Yoga is an experiential science, and Vairagya the key to develop objectivity towards subjective experiences obtained through Abhyasa.
Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga: We can experience states of expanded consciousness through Hatha and Jnana Yoga relaxation techniques as codified by Yogamaharishi Dr Swami Gitananda Giri in the tradition of Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga. This is now popularly known as Gitananda Yoga in tribute to this great master who played a significant role in bridging modern science and spirituality. This wholesome system focuses on Yoga as a “Way of life” encompassing cultivation of wholesome lifestyle, adoption of health promoting diet, development of unbiased attitudes with bountiful practices for positive health.
Four-fold relaxation: A systematic and conscious adoption of attitudes results in deep experiential states of relaxation.
1. Letting go: We need to let go of our prejudices and preconceived notions.
2. Giving up: We must develop a firm desire to give up our stresses. This does not mean defeat, but is to throw off any tensions that turn us into a smoking volcano. This is a positive, relaxing and evolutionary process.
3. Giving in: A positive process of opening up to dictates of Higher Consciousness.
4. Giving over: The highest stage of relaxation where control of mind is given over to the Self. One thus merges into beautiful super-conscious states indescribable in words.
Conclusion: Swamiji taught us that ‘we’ are the source of our problems. If we are to solve them, we need to change our attitude. An egocentric perspective will never be able to change anything as all the ego wants to do is survive at any cost (Abhinivesha). The Yoga Dristi (perspective) offers a more elevated and conscious perspective of life that enables us to convert our seemingly insurmountable problems into mere molehills.
In each of us there is a Mothering energy, known for centuries as the key to spiritual enlightenment. It lies dormant, coiled in the Sacrum bone at the base of the spine. It is called Kundalini,
meaning feminine coiled energy. When awakened, we feel a
gentle cool fountain of energy above the top of the head and
cool vibrations on the hands. Sometimes a warm energy is felt as the Kundalini encounters friction in its path - however this will
clear to cool vibrations. The awakened Kundalini connects us
with our spirit and the universal love that surrounds and
pervades everywhere. This union of our spirit with the Divine
energy is the true Yoga event - yoga means ‘union’ or ‘yoking’.
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy
which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention
in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure
thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice,
we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing
benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we
simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous
system.
Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on
principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000
years old.

About Fizz Mind Workshop.
This workshop is a mashup of meditation, mindfulness, and career exploration for Engineering Students. The activities are meditation sit, meditation circle, and exploring career planning through sketching. In short “Sit, Circle, Explore.”
My intended audience is University Undergraduate Engineers of the creative type, the kids that take Engineering Science degrees. The first prototype of the workshop was hosted at a liberal arts college which has an exploratory educational style like Engineering Science offerings.
My core reading stack is “Mindfulness in Plain English”, “Way of Council”, and “Designing Your Life”. There are lots of tidbits borrowed from the late Namgyal Rinpoche, Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Bonni Ross, Chade-Meng Tan, Stuart Shanker, and more.
The inspiration for this course came from a UBC Engineering Physics student group request for Mental Health offerings (in the fall of 2017). I heard of that request and thought that I could reframe my entrepreneurship workshops towards mindfulness.

10 minutes Practice of Meditation for Sportsmanbksportswing
Power of concentration is foundation to get success in sportsman life . It can be acquired , retain and enhanced through 10 minutes regular practice of meditation
When you hear the word meditation, you probably think Yoga. That's because for a very long time, or at least over the past few decades, meditation has primarily been performed as a part of Yoga. But meditation, doesn't really have anything to do with Yoga. It is in fact an act in itself. Meditation is generally performed after doing Yoga asanas/postures, because yoga pushes you into a state of calm, which is perfect for meditation.
Meditation is far too deep a concept to discuss over a single article, but I will try to explain the fundamental points of meditation and why it should be practiced.

Homily: The Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity Sunday 2024.docxJames Knipper
Countless volumes have been written trying to explain the mystery of three persons in one true God, leaving us to resort to metaphors such as the three-leaf clover to try to comprehend the Divinity. Many of us grew up with the quintessential pyramidal Trinity structure of God at the top and Son and Spirit in opposite corners. But what if we looked at this ‘mystery’ from a different perspective? What if we shifted our language of God as a being towards the concept of God as love? What if we focused more on the relationship within the Trinity versus the persons of the Trinity? What if stopped looking at God as a noun…and instead considered God as a verb? Check it out…
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

When the left channel is blocked we feel lethargic and stuck in the past and the earth element helps us clear it. Meditate with your right hand, palm down, on the earth or floor. If you are sitting on a chair, allow it to hang down by your side. Say inside, from your heart “please remove all imbalances from my left channel into the earth element.”
When the right channel is overactive we feel stressed or “overheated” from too much thinking, planning or doing. To clear this hold your left hand up with the palm facing backwards for a minute or two so the heat can escape into the air. Say inside “please clear my right channel” or “please remove all the stress and heat from my body into the air element.”
This is a great technique for clearing and balancing yourself overall. Meditate with both hands, palms down, on the earth, or the floor if you’re inside.Ask the earth to remove all the imbalances from your channels and subtle system.
