Our life is very stressful, we are suffering every time by health, wealth, relationship issues. We need to stop this all stress, we need to heal our negative karma, negative actions and expand our aura and chakra.
The various countries in our world represent the different chakra positions of Our mother Earth. If you truly yearn for world peace, learn to cleanse your nations by collectively clearing your individual selves.
Citizens of various countries should wake up to this spiritual call and start working towards reaching the ONE destination that we all crave for…World Peace!
You will notice that citizens are already blessed with the qualities as given with each chakra – eg. Africa is known for its stellar creativity (2nd chakra) – be it music, songs..and America (5th Chakra) is known for its communication skills and building communities.. bringing people closer – Facebook, Whatsapp…..
Scientists consider that 40 drops of blood form one drop of this vital fluid. It is a sort of white blood. When we lose even a few drops of blood, we are panic stricken, although it is much less valuable than the vital fluid. We, however, waste this vital fluid, which is the king of vitality, recklessly for the pleasure of a few seconds.
When God speaks or gave the command Be It, the Creation came into being and the creative elements and all creative forces are under His control. The Word of God controls the entire creation. His creation obeys His command. But when we speak, the Fire Element is not in our control and so is the case with the other functions as well as the deities at the intermediate level. This is the beginning of our sorrows because as image of God we do not reflect the properties of the Original.

To raise up the physical to the spiritual is Brahmacharya, for by the meeting of the two the energy which starts from one and produces the other is enhanced and fulfills itself. This is the metaphysical theory. The application depends on a right understanding of the physical and psychological conformation of the human receptacle of energy.
Brahmacharya (Celibacy) Quotes (Sri R Paramahansa)Pardeep Sehgal
A man practicing unbroken brahmacharya for twelve years develops a special power. He grows a new inner nerve called the nerve of memory. Through that nerve he remembers all, he understands all. When a man succeeds in the conservation of his sexual energy, his intellect reflects the image of Brahman. The man who carries this image of Brahman in his heart is able to accomplish everything – he will succeed wonderfully in whatever action he engages himself.
The Void, along with your Nabhi and Swadisthan chakras, represents an integrated spiritual group. Together, these three elements dictate the course of your evolution, from your creation to your ultimate awareness of spirituality and your journey thereon.
The Void is so named because it represents the ocean of unenlightened awareness (or void) within an individual’s knowledge. Each individual may require the guidance of a true master or truthful spiritual teachings in order to realize his or her true spiritual nature. When you learn the truth of the spirit, your Void, or the gap in your central channel, is filled. This event occurs as you receive your Kundalini awakening and awareness.

NAGA – Burping
Removes blockages of Prana and Apana and prevents gas formation in the digestive system. Constant suppression of Naga can lead to Cardiac Arrhythmia. Other functions include triggering of the vomit reflex due to indigestion and dissolving blockages of Samana Prana.
KURMA – Blinking
This Upa-Prana functions in the area of the eyes, controlling opening and closing of the eyelids. The energy of this Upa-Prana is active when we are awake and is revitalised when we sleep. Kurma protects the eyes from the penetration of dust and foreign bodies etc. Disturbance of this Upa-Prana causes uncontrolled blinking and twitching of the eyelids. The practice of Trataka provides balance and strength to Kurma, as does the chanting of OM, placing warm palms over the eyes and Asanas where the head is bent forward.
DEVADATTA – Yawning
The function of Devadatta is similar to that of Samana Prana. Yawning expels gas, reducing tiredness after eating. Certain foods such as grains, onions and garlic cause fatigue. Many Yogis only eat vegetables and some milk products in order to sustain their level of vitality and thereby reduce lethargy.
KRIKALA – Sneezing
Clears blockages in the respiratory system. Sneezing can also ease headache as it releases energy blockages in the head and neck. A sneeze should not be suppressed, as this may affect vertebrae in the cervical spine. In folk tales it is said that he who sneezes loudly and strongly, has a long life. Weak sneezes indicate weak vitality.
DHANANJAYA – Opening and Closing of Heart Valves
Dhananjaya resides close to the Heart. It influences the whole body and in particular the muscles of the heart by opening and closing the heart valves. Cardiac Arrhythmia and even Heart Attack may occur due to a serious disturbance of Dhananjaya.
There are four areas in the human body where the flow of Prana is particularly intensive – through the sole of each foot and the palm of each hand. The feet are closely related to the earth element and represent negative polarity. Therefore one should never concentrate on the feet in meditation. Conversely, the energy of the palms originates from the heart. It is related to the air element and produces positive polarity.
Explore how the chakra in body have been talked about throughout the historical time and way to unlock the potential of human body through these chakras
Eastern philosophy and medicine, originating in ancient India and China, have traditionally regarded body structures and the life processes occurring within as inseparable. Their terminology resides halfway between structure and function and identifies certain entities in the human body, representing the flow of life energy and, in some sense, conduits for that flow that do not correspond to anatomical structures recognized by Western science and medicine. The chakras are the energy centers in a person’s biological field and are responsible for his or her physiological and psychological condition as well as certain groups of organs. All vital functions of the human body are determined by energy that spins in the chakras. These can be defined as
“whirlpools referred,” and in Indian, they are considered “energy bursts” or “wheels.”
The process of energy transformation happens exactly in these centers. Vital energy, along with blood, circulates around the meridians in the chakras and fuels all organs and systems in the human body. When the circulation in these meridians stagnates, the human body becomes susceptible to various disorders. An excellent preventative method, designed explicitly to battle such stagnation is Chi Gun, an ancient Chinese method for self-healing which activates the energy centers. Chi Gun teaches people to release the energy themselves by massaging specific areas corresponding to the different chakras.
The Manipura Chakra is the “City of Jewels” in which we find the pearls of clarity, wisdom, self-confidence, and well-being. Their luster radiates down to the lower Chakras as well as up to the Heart Centre (Anahata Chakra). The feelings of love and happiness that we feel in our hearts actually originate in the Manipūra Chakra and rise from there to the Heart Centre (Anahata Chakra). The positive radiance emanating from the Manipūra Chakra also purifies the Svādhishthāna and Mūlādhāra Chakras and their qualities.

In each of us there is a Mothering energy, known for centuries as the key to spiritual enlightenment. It lies dormant, coiled in the Sacrum bone at the base of the spine. It is called Kundalini,
meaning feminine coiled energy. When awakened, we feel a
gentle cool fountain of energy above the top of the head and
cool vibrations on the hands. Sometimes a warm energy is felt as the Kundalini encounters friction in its path - however this will
clear to cool vibrations. The awakened Kundalini connects us
with our spirit and the universal love that surrounds and
pervades everywhere. This union of our spirit with the Divine
energy is the true Yoga event - yoga means ‘union’ or ‘yoking’.
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy
which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention
in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure
thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice,
we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing
benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we
simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous
system.
Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on
principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000
years old.

Renewed in Grace
In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

As mentioned and shown above, the human body is made of three channels (Nadis). The left channel (Ida Nadi or ) takes care of our desires (Ichha shakti). The right channel (Pingla Nadi) takes care of our working ability (Kriya Shakti). The central channel (sushumna Nadi) is the channel of balance and ascent of kundalini. If we have too many desires but we do not work accordingly (if our attention is always lost in unfulfilled desires and in the past), then our left channel is under pressure. These type of people become very emotional, conditioned & day dreamers and their left chanl becomes weak. Similarly if a person starts working too much (work alcoholic) without enjoying his day to day life (if he is is always thinking and planning about future), his right channel comes under pressure. Such type of people become very egoist and do not listen to anybody. They become very harsh and gets satisfaction by dominating others. In such unbalanced extremities, stress is created in human body if any of the channel is overworked.
