  1. 소셜2.0이란 아직 우리가 기대하는 수준의 0.1-0.2 수준에도 미치지 못하고 있다. 그것은 드러난 전경의 문제가 아니라,인식되어지는 전경을 보다 풍성하게 지원하는 후경에서의 다양한 서비스가 구비되지 못한 탓이다.참여의 여러 타원 중에서 배경에서 서서히 각인되는 참여로의 증진은 소셜한 지능 즉 시맨틱적이든 웹 2.0의 사상이 녹아서이든 여러 기능과 서비스가 후경에서 매트릭스된바탕에서 드러나게 된다. How do we measure success, not just for this initiative but in terms of social intelligence? This continues to be a very fluid and evolving marketing discipline (social media) withno standard operating scorecard if you will. We can and should take the lead.
