  • 5. Apply the Question to an Organization Who wants 2,000 Facebook friends or 6,000 Twitter followers to hear a customer’s unanswered complaint?
  • 6. A Second Question to Consider… Is it scarier to be WITH your customers?
  • 7. Or, is it scarier to have NO IDEA what your customers are saying?
  • 8. Create a tribe. Be a leader! Don’t create a tribe. Let your competition lead!
