HOW do you do this? You use what your LC does here at this conference, and use 4DX as a framework Every JD needs to be aligned to this goal. We will give you a framework for a JD JDs should be co-created and agreed upon Remember you have Happy Fox, things on Podio, me, and each other. If there is any sort of educational material that you need, you can always come to me for info or support. You need to track them based on the goal and on their JD. Coaching is about asking them questions Personal one-on-ones Developing a relationship, just as in sales. Are you willing to truly accept what was successful and what was a failure. Reflection brings you to a deeper understanding about this, how you feel about it, what you’ve learned from it, and how that can bring you forward. Me as a TL – this is how you facilitate the TL experience for you TLs, but also what you experience as a VP. GOAL How are you going to reach your goal? How many people do you need to reach your goal? What do each of those people need to be doing? What is their contribution? Their unique contribution? How can you ensure your members are equipped to meet your goal? How can you hold your members accountable to meeting your goal? How can you be sure you are ENJOYING PARTICIPATION?!?!?!
