  • 8. As you know... AIESEC has three programs: Global Leader, Global Citizen, and Global Talent. Chart: Number of members AIESEC compared to our 2014-2015 exchange numbers nationally. 1000 members 236 Global Talent exchanges 404 Global Citizen exchanges
  • 9. Marketing and OGX are responsible for making these programs happen.
  • 10. Our Programs How do we do exchange? Our exchanges are about leadership development because we believe that leadership is the fundamental solution to the world’s issues.
  • 11. Global Citizen Service learning abroad. 6-12 weeks.
  • 12. Fact Sheet Global Citizen Price: $500 Sub-products: 4 Duration: 6-12 weeks Type of Experience: service-learning, volunteer work.
  • 14. Global TalentWork opportunities abroad. 3 - 18 months.
  • 15. Fact SheetGlobal Talent Price: $600 or $700 Sub-products: 3 Duration: 3 - 18 months Type of Experience: unpaid internship or paid work opportunity.

  • 19. How the process works Application Apply People apply to our programs on a system called Fluid Review. AIESEC then schedules their interviews and accepts or rejects them. Raise Pay Initial Deposit Our Exchange Participants (EPs) pay their initial deposit of $150. We then put them on our internal system - EXPA Match Pay Match Fee Once our EPs find their perfect opportunity, they pay the remainder of their program fee. Realize Go abroad! Once matched, our EPs prepare for their adventures abroad!
