The study evaluates smoke evacuation systems in an industrial warehouse, focusing on a vehicle parts storage area prone to fire hazards. By utilizing computational fluid dynamics (CFD), the effectiveness of mechanical smoke evacuation fans with different capacities was tested, resulting in improved visibility from 3 meters to 20.16 meters for emergencies. The findings indicate that a system with a fan capacity of 15 volume/hour is most effective for safe evacuation and intervention during fires.
