Report issues to Municipalities.
Attach photos or other contextual information to your
report.
Automatically tagged the exact location on Google
Maps.
Once submitted, your report is routed to the relevant
city council for processing.
Status of reports are up-to-date – acknowledged or
resolved

Complaint management system for Municipalities.
System allows the administrator to acknowledge the
reported cases, assign them to the relevant Service
Delivery Team, and updates the status.
System also allows administrators to sort and prioritize
actions based on KPI
(3) CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)

Comprehensive dashboards and reports will detail
how operational services and local authority
management are performing, providing a feedback
loop between decision-making and operations.
This gives greater insight into how resources should be
utilized and enables more accurate planning and
budgeting.

have been assigned to them by the
