The line is designed to press SIP panels in two stacks of up to 6 panels at one time.
Operation is in semi-automatic mode and only need 2 staff.

The unit is used to spray adhesive glued on OSB board and EPS block in a mechanism of
electro-mechanical movement. The panel assembling is done at same time with gluing adhesive over
the entire width of the panel and spraying water for adhesive polymerization.

Assembling table is used to stack panels, set panels in right position and feed assembled panels into
the hydraulic press. Table frame is made of rectangular tube, rubber rollers and side rollers to guide
the moving of panels. The shafts are interconnected and chain motivated by the geared motor.
Technical sepcification:
• The working surface of the table assembly: 6.2 x 1.25 meters.
• Table height: 0.7 meters.
• The velocity of the panel on the table to 20 meters per minute.
• Weight: 550 lbs.
The operation steps on the table to assemble panels:
1. Laying one piece of OSB board on the table.
2. Gluing the polyurethane adhesive on the surface of OSB board.
3. Laying one piece of EPS block on the OSB board.
4. Gluing the polyurethane adhesive on the surface of EPS block.
5. Laying another piece of OSB board on the glued EPS block.
6. Rolling the OSB+EPS+OSB panel into the hydraulic press.

Hydraulic pressing machine is used to compress the assembled panels under uniformly distributed
load for the time needed to fix the glue that connects the OSB+EPS+OSB panels.
Specifications Press:

Rolling table is used to unload the panels out of the press.
The table is a frame of rectangular tube with rollers.

Cutting machine is used to cut OSB+EPS+OSB panels, as well as chipboard, MDF, hardboard and
panels based on them. The cutting machine can be fixed to cut panels from 45° angle to the vertical.
After cutting on some panels, the cutting machine need to select the right slot (lock) to adjust the
cutting angle.
Specifications of machine cutting of panels:
• Maximum dimensions of panels: 3 x 1.25 meters;
• The angle of the saw unit: 0 - 45 degrees;
• The maximum height of cut (corner of 90/45 degrees. To the plane of the table): 280/200 mm;

installation section: 100x50, 150x50, 200x50.
