DELIVERY: The machines will be ready within 30 working days from receipt of down
payment as well as approval of sales contract, technical scheme and profile drawing.
The shipment will be made within 10 days after the seller receives the balance by T/T.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: 30% of the contract amount as down payment; the balance is
to be paid by T/T before shipment. Installation charge is to be paid before installation by
T/T.
Cost of Installation
The buyer should pay the installation charges (USD 100 one man one day). To the
seller’s appointed account by T/T before the seller’s technicians go to the buyer’s
factory. The buyer pays the seller’s technicians travel cost outside China, including
round air tickets fee, accommodation and food, provide transportation from living hotel
to the work place, necessary communication, and insurance, etc.
OTHER TERMS: Attached please see the technical scheme, because the machine has
not been made, all the data in the technical scheme is estimate.

Our Australian style machine is an intelligent CNC rollformer that produces all the framing components of a typical
light gauge prefab building automatically. The computer controlled, servo driven machine precisely rolls out the steel
profile through several progressive stations.
Once the steel exits the rollcage and enters the tool head, the full power and value of the rollformer is realized. Six
separate hydraulic functions– cut to length, notch punch, swage, squash, rivet punch and service hole punch work
together to produce components completely ready for assembly. Technology refined to eliminate the need for any
additional cutting, measuring or even layout.
The roll former is controlled by a laptop computer, programmed with easy-to-operate CAD Software.
