This document presents research on tube hydroforming (THF), an unconventional metal forming process that utilizes internal pressure and axial loading to shape tubes into complex geometries. Using finite element analysis (FEA) simulations with Deform-3D software, the study optimizes process parameters and compares the results with experimental data, demonstrating that the simulation yields results closely aligned with experimental outcomes. The research highlights the advantages of THF, including part consolidation, improved structural strength, and reduced tooling costs.
