Olympic weightlifting consists of two whole body movements (Storey and Smith, 2012, pp.771),
the clean and jerk, C+J, and the snatch. Both theses lift involves the participate to generate a rapid
maximal concentric contraction of the muscles (Storey and Smith, 2012, pp.771) in inferior
hemisphere of the body, particularly the quadriceps, gastrocnemius and the abdominals as these
muscles are heavily depended upon during the performance.

Sense And Sensibility Play Summary
My impression of the play Sense Sensibility adapted by Jessica Swale was that it was almost like
a soap opera . There were tons of drama throughout the play and was also was almost two and
half hours long. It was based on a family the lives in England from the mid 90 s called the
Dashwood s. Throughout the play it was mostly based on the struggles that the Dashwood s
went through on a daily basis. The main struggle was them losing their father John Dashwood.
They lost their castle of a house and almost all of the wealth. Everything went to Mr. Dashwood

Developing an Improvement Plan I have learned throughout this course that there are several
styles of negotiation. There are several ways to negotiate. We ve learned about distributive and
integrative negotiation. Negotiations can involve hardball tactics as well. This is not necessarily

In this final paper I will examine my own negotiation style in concordance with the questionnaires

study French and move to France to attend flight school where she completed seven months of
