Emotional Intelligence refers to a set of emotional and social skills and competencies that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves; develop and maintain social relationships; cope with challenges; and use the information in emotions in effective and meaningful ways.
Emotional intelligence taps into a fundamental element of human behaviour that is distinct from your intellect. The communication between your emotional and rational ?brains? is the physical source of emotional intelligence.
The pathway for emotional intelligence starts in the brain, at the spinal cord. Your primary senses enter here and must travel to the front of your brain before you can think rationally about your experience. The awareness that emotional intelligence has become an important job skill, even surpassing technical ability, has been growing over the last number of years. As teamwork becomes increasingly important in the workplace, people who are able to understand, get along with and work well with others will become increasingly sought after. Highly emotionally intelligent people have well developed people skills allowing them to develop relationships with a diverse range of personalities and people from various cultures and backgrounds. People who are able to work well with others have sought after attributes in an increasing globalization and evolving diverse workplace.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

• Four (4) workplace discipline methods you should consider
• The best and most practical approach to implementing workplace discipline.

2. EMOTIONAL
INTELLIGENCE (OR EQ)
is one of the most powerful personal qualities in business. In
fact, 71% of hiring managers said that they place more value on a
high EQ than a high IQ! Employees with a good EQ are excellent
listeners, strong, empathetic team players, and are good at
staying calm under pressure.
SHANEKRIDER.NET
3. Emotional intelligence has many components, but it boils down to being able to
manage and interpret your feelings and emotions, as well as those of the people
around you. EQ also includes:
Empathy
Empathy is often confused with sympathy, but the two are actually quite
different. Empathy involves sharing in the emotional experience that another
individual is having. Empathetic people can feel the emotions of other people, and
genuinely understand what they are going through. They’re willing to make the
changes necessary to better meet the needs of others.
SHANEKRIDER.NET
WHAT IS EQ?
4. Self-Awareness
People with a high EQ are self aware. They know their own strengths and
limitations. They’re highly adaptive, and take criticism well instead of becoming
offended. They understand their moods and emotions, but are never controlled
by them. Instead, these individuals think before speaking, and are considerate of
the impact that their words have on others.
Strong People Skills
Because of their empathy and self-awareness, individuals with a strong EQ
possess excellent people skills. They can form strong bonds with their friends and
coworkers, and are passionate about contributing to their team and helping
others reach their full potential.

5. HOW TO INCREASE YOUR EQ
If you want to increase your emotional intelligence, there are many ways to
practice! The following suggestions will help you improve:
SHANEKRIDER.NET
6. Think Before Speaking
Be purposeful about taking time to pause and think before you speak to someone.
This ensures that you take time to process, and don’t say anything rashly. Make
sure that you listen to others before speaking. This will help you better
understand their emotions, learn about what they need, and work to develop a
solution for both parties. By pausing, you’ll shift your focus from your own needs
to the needs of others.
Speak with Kindness
Be intentional about speaking to others with kindness. Make sure to praise other
people! When you speak positively to others, there’s less of a chance that they will
speak and act defensively. They’ll also be more open to listening to you if you’re
kind. Don’t be afraid to apologize if you’ve hurt someone’s feelings or
misunderstood them!

7. Emotional Intelligence is a highly
sought-after quality. By practicing
and improving your EQ, you’ll be
able to build strong workplace
connections and become a better
employee.
