Sequoia Park Pond is an existing stormwater management pond located on the north side of the
intersection at Edsall Road and Dublin Avenue. The existing pond was retrofitted to provide improved

of total suspended solids.
Project Overview:

• Excavated and constructed four micro-pools at a maximum depth of 18” below the pond bottom.
• Extended the existing 18” RCP and installed a new EW-1 along with 2’ depth of river jack bedding
• Constructed two rock weir structures
• Replaced the existing 4’ trail by 12’ wide asphalt access road.
• Installed a proposed driveway CG-9D entrance for maintenance road (under construction)
• Restored the site with selected seed mix, planting plugs (trees will be planted in end of Sept. 2014).
