Description:
The project consists of a new, 23,000 square feet, two-story, four-bay fire station facility and
associated improvements to the 3.3-acre site including storm water detention, landscaping
and parking. The scope also included the demolition of the existing fire station, and a
temporary fire station to house the Fire and Rescue Department during construction of the
new facility. The key elements of the overall project include:
• Apparatus Bay, Control Room, and Offices
• Kitchen, Dayroom, Dining Room, and Exercise Room
• Community Hall and Kitchen
• Bunk Rooms for up to 14 staff members
• Showers and Locker Rooms
• Fuel Station
• Landscaping and Site Lighting
Project Overall Cost: $14,390,000
Project Completion Date: March 15, 2022
