It involves decision making, goal setting, planning, scheduling, task tracking, and self-evaluation. Goal setting ensures participants are aware of the expected outcome, while planning involves creating and maintaining a plan. Scheduling decides how to commit resources between tasks. Self-evaluation assesses the value of one's own work.

your fires, do it yourself.

you want someone to toe the line, be an
example, not an exclaimer. ‘Nuff said.
