Therefore, any technology that can help in reducing these crisis and pollution are most welcomed and are widely accepted these days. The literature has been reviewed to analysis the different effects of various parameters on the air engine such as air pressure from the compressor, capacity of compressor tank, number of strokes of the engine, number of cylinder s, number of storage tank, number of inlet and exhaust ports, pneumatic guns, and use of electrical devices like piezometer, solenoid valves, etc.

A turbine jet engine has four main parts, They are compressor, combustion chamber, turbine and
exhaust nozzle. Turbine jet engine operates at an open cycle called a jet propulsion cycle. A small-scale turbine
jet engine comprises of the same element as the gas-turbine engine but in a small scale. Turbine jet engines are
constructed mainly for air transportation while the turbine jet engines are developed for a wider purpose,
ranging for research activity to hobbyist enthusiastic. Hence, this paper encompasses the design, fabrication,
and testing a turbine jet engine. The engine is derived from an automobile turbocharger, which provided the
turbine and compressor component. A combustion chamber is design and fabricated. Engine support system
comprised of ignition, lubrication and fuel delivery system are installed at the engine. Thermocouple K-type are
installed at four different stations on the engine flow path to measure the temperature. Fuel regulators are
utilized to measure the fuel flow rate. The design of the combustion chamber is developed to make primary and
secondary air takes paths so as to allow a series of combustion processes that help to increase the speed of a
jet engine.

The scramjet is composed of three basic
components:
1. The converging Inlet : incoming air is
compressed and decelerated.
2. A Combustor : gaseous fuel is burned with

to produce thrust.

INLET
The air approaches at supersonic speed
into the inlet .
The air is heated due to compression.
The hot air is then let into the combustion

Fuel is sprayed on the hot air in the

Dissociation of fuel takes place which
increases the temperature of the air.
The whole combustion process takes
place at supersonic speeds.
The ignited fuel along with the air is sent
into the nozzle for exhaustion.
7. NOZZLE
The gases are gushed out through the
nozzle.
The release of the gases produces
forward thrust.
The thrust produced exceeds the drag
, which is the cause for forward
motion.

Hydrogen is the most commonly used
fuel.
Steam is produced as a by product
which is eco friendly.
Use of hydrogen eliminates the need
for igniters.
