 Regular checking of Cleanliness / hygienic factors in all canteen facility i.e. food vendor, tea vendor,
vending machines.
 Regular arrangement of conference rooms for client visit as per the company standard. coordinating
with vendor for client visit lunch/car arrangements
 Coordinate daily operations and services with building occupants.
 Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures for all facility operations
 Establishing all standard operating procedures and monitoring the same, including safe working
practices and ensuring successful completion of scheduled activities and uploading of MMR.
Transportation
 Effective handling of transport routing system and updating Pick up and drop reports.
 Coordinating with vendors to ensure on time pickup and drops for employees.
 Weekly review with Director, VP’s Finance Controller & Operation Managers and employee for
transport feedback.
 Installation of GPS tracking system to check vehicle on track.
 Assigning routes to keep the number of vehicles at an optimum level.
 Ensuring that the employees spend minimal time on travel.
 Arranging vendor meetings for any critical issues.
 Conducting Random checks to identify issues.
 Ensuring round the clock availability of resources at transport desk to attend emergency issues.
 Checking & process the transportation bills to finance team for further process.

Asset Management
 Maintaining & updating the existing stock of when there are addition/deletion of
equipment’s/materials at warehouse.
 Organizing the equipment’s/materials in the warehouse in an easily identifiable manner by following
the suitable coding system and Maintaining the fixed asset register
Security Management
 Authorising and practicing without any kind of compromise all surveillance activities
