Management Engineeringand Operation. from June -2016 to Till date, facility management
engineering and operation (M&E-Technical) Reporting to manager relevant to site day to
day activity, ongoing project, vendor related activity.
At present work place the Clients are laid the processcalled DLP, (Desklevel process). Which is are
supposed to adhered & followed as the below listed:-
1. SO1 Vendor Management
2. SO2 Preventive Maintenance
3. SO3 Asset Management
4. SO8 Waste Disposal
By this ensuring the all the activities are performed accordingly in accordance with Facility
manager by this the facility would be rated accordingly on a month basis by SLA score card.
(Service level agreement).
 Ensuring all the new ideas our discussed for the Green initiatives.
 Participation in Data centre Cooling system initiatives.
 Participation in FM Global Audits.

of BF-6F and BF-5F) 24X7 Facility Management Engineering and Operation section through
UDS India Pvt. Ltd. from january-2015 to June-2016. Looking after day to day 24X7 facility
management engineering and operation (M&E-Technical) for office space, lab & Data center.
Reporting to site Technical manager relevant to site day to day activity, ongoing project,

2014. Looking after day to day 24X7 facility management engineering and operation (M&E-
Technical). Direct reporting to site Site Manager relevant to site day to day activity
Principles and Duties
Handling M&E team members:-
 Conducting weekly meeting for support staff.
 Review all documents with site In charge on monthly basis.
 Updating 52 week PM scheduled.
 Induction for new joiner in the team.
 Training conducted for M&E team as per schedule.
 Assigning job among the support staff and keep proper deployment for the completion of task.
 Guiding to improve proper grooming and communication skills among the staff.
Engineering Operations:-
 Managing complete day to day Engineering operations.
 Updating energy tracker
 Taking every day rounds in the floors including Labs, Data Center, HUB rooms.
 Checking of all floor checklists.
 Implementing new checklist according to the building requirement.
 Updating all scheduled calendar reports on time.
 Checking each and every mails and response to mails on daily basis on time.
 Attending complaints and solving complaints on immediate.
 Daily walk around with facilities team in floors as per the schedule.
 Scheduling and completing the Score card for vendors on monthly and quarterly basis.
 MOM with all supporting vendors on monthly/Quarterly basis and taking update on MOM.
 Following with SOP with all vendors as per the agreement.
 Briefing on PPE for support staff.
 Briefing on LOTO & maintaining the LOTO usage.
 Follow up vendors for invoice submission and submitting all vendors and supplies invoices in
time.
 Planning weekend activity & weekly PPM.
 Checking of all assets availability and damages in building, same will be updated to my senior
managers.
 Monthly management report updating (MMR).
 Maintaining hard copy of training records.
 Incident report updating.
 Interaction with builders for daily operation.
Electrical & HVAC equipment’s:-
 Daily cross checks of History cards and updates where ever required.
 Quarterly updating the Escalation chart for all equipment’s and displayed in all the relevant
areas.
 Ensure properly checklist updating and taking corrective action where ever required.
 Briefing on SOP for daily operations to the M&E support staff.
 Ensure the all electrical room proper cleanness.
 Follow up with the vendors for any breakdown and till the rectification of breakdown.
Event Management:-
 Arranging event’s on time as per the mail communicated request.
 Involved close communications with the concerned business units.
 Coordinating with vendors/support staff for event arrangements.
 Getting quotes from vendors for AV setup or stage setup.
 Conference room and meeting room setup for client or delegate visits.
 Ensure proper AV, A/C, raw power and lighting available before meeting starts and monitors
the event set up till completions.
Vendor management:-
 Coordinating with vendor for getting the quotes.
 Involved in quote constant negotiation.
 Comparison among vendors regarding quote/job completion.
 Inviting vendors for vendor inductions.
 Monthly/Quarterly vendor Performance Evaluation Scorecard.
 Monthly meeting with vendors and taking MOM updates action points.
 Calling Vendor quarterly basis to ensure that phone number are active and vendors are able
to attend the calls at any point of time for necessary at critical or emergency time.
Invoice processing:-
 Follow up with vendors for submitting the invoices on time.
 Cross checking the invoice as per PO.
 Processing the invoice on time.
Store Management:-
 Ensure daily update on materials proper consumption.
 Maintain the materials stock register/softcopy neatly.
 Procured the required materials on monthly basis with in budget limit.
 Ensure proper cleanness of store room.
 Ensure proper arrangement of materials with necessary sticker.
Areas of Operation and Maintenance:
Electrical Systems:
 Transformer, HT/LT Diesel Generator, HT & LT KIOSK panels, Automatic Transfer Switch
(ATS), Static Transfer Switch (STS), UPS system, Inverter, Power Distribution unit (PDU),
DC power plant, Starters (DOL, STAR & DELTA and ACVFD, Switch Gears (Circuit
Breakers), Isolation Transformer, Relays, Contactors, Drives and Battery, AVR System,
Electrical Panels, Electrical panels feeder BBT, Raising Mains, PLC control system.
HVAC Systems:
 Chiller set , Air Handling unit (AHU), vertical air handling unit (VAHU) , Cooling rack
vertical (CRV), Celling suspended unit (CSU), Fan coil unit (FCU), Cassette , Precision AC (
PAC)etc.

BMS systems:
 Honeywell EBI system & JCI Metasys IBMS, FAS system, Pre-action system/smoke detection
system / WLD system / VESDA system, VAV system, AHU integration, DDCcontroller, EMS
system, Chiller Plant manager system etc.
FM Global:
 FM Global– Equipments
 Weekly visually valve checking
 Monthly physical valve operating
 Managing Work Permit using FM Global like Hot Work ,Red Tag, Height work .confined
space work permits’
 FM Global– weekly Pump testing & Quarterly Churn test
EHS Standards:

  • 4.  Checking each and every mails and response to mails on daily basis on time.  Attending complaints and solving complaints on immediate.  Daily walk around with facilities team in floors as per the schedule.  Scheduling and completing the Score card for vendors on monthly and quarterly basis.  MOM with all supporting vendors on monthly/Quarterly basis and taking update on MOM.  Following with SOP with all vendors as per the agreement.  Briefing on PPE for support staff.  Briefing on LOTO & maintaining the LOTO usage.  Follow up vendors for invoice submission and submitting all vendors and supplies invoices in time.  Planning weekend activity & weekly PPM.  Checking of all assets availability and damages in building, same will be updated to my senior managers.  Monthly management report updating (MMR).  Maintaining hard copy of training records.  Incident report updating.  Interaction with builders for daily operation. Electrical & HVAC equipment’s:-  Daily cross checks of History cards and updates where ever required.  Quarterly updating the Escalation chart for all equipment’s and displayed in all the relevant areas.  Ensure properly checklist updating and taking corrective action where ever required.  Briefing on SOP for daily operations to the M&E support staff.  Ensure the all electrical room proper cleanness.  Follow up with the vendors for any breakdown and till the rectification of breakdown. Event Management:-  Arranging event’s on time as per the mail communicated request.  Involved close communications with the concerned business units.  Coordinating with vendors/support staff for event arrangements.  Getting quotes from vendors for AV setup or stage setup.  Conference room and meeting room setup for client or delegate visits.  Ensure proper AV, A/C, raw power and lighting available before meeting starts and monitors the event set up till completions. Vendor management:-  Coordinating with vendor for getting the quotes.  Involved in quote constant negotiation.  Comparison among vendors regarding quote/job completion.  Inviting vendors for vendor inductions.  Monthly/Quarterly vendor Performance Evaluation Scorecard.  Monthly meeting with vendors and taking MOM updates action points.
  • 5.  Calling Vendor quarterly basis to ensure that phone number are active and vendors are able to attend the calls at any point of time for necessary at critical or emergency time. Invoice processing:-  Follow up with vendors for submitting the invoices on time.  Cross checking the invoice as per PO.  Processing the invoice on time. Store Management:-  Ensure daily update on materials proper consumption.  Maintain the materials stock register/softcopy neatly.  Procured the required materials on monthly basis with in budget limit.  Ensure proper cleanness of store room.  Ensure proper arrangement of materials with necessary sticker.   • 6.  Weekly visually valve checking  Monthly physical valve operating  Managing Work Permit using FM Global like Hot Work ,Red Tag, Height work .confined space work permits’  FM Global– weekly Pump testing & Quarterly Churn test EHS Standards:  Familiar with various safety equipment and tools.  Lockout Tag out of electrical switchgears during working.  Issue of work permit, hot work permit for line clearance to work on electrical distribution network.  Equipment and proper usage of protective equipment’s.  Incident reporting, Root Cause Analysis preparing.
