Quality Assurance Officer
o Over-all responsible for managing the QA/QC Department, with functions including but not limited to:
• Managing the Internal Quality Audit Program
- Establishing Annual Audit Plan
- Conducting periodic Internal Quality Audits, which involves the verification of policies, procedures
and processes, performance measurements and personnel competencies, as a minimum, on Sales,
Service, Logistics, Tendering, Purchasing and IT Departments.

- Assist departmental heads in performing root cause analysis (5 Whys Methodology)
- Generate verification reports pertaining to issued CARs
- Monitor and measure all issued CPARs and report status to Senior Management
• Management of QMS Documentation
- Structure, create, review and/or re-structure policies, contracts, procedures, processes and forms
necessary for organizational and QMS use, in coordination with department heads/personnel
- Consistently work with IT Department for the control of most QMS documents thru the ERP System.
• Customer Feedback Program
- Appointed Customer Satisfaction Leader by the Senior Management to represent the organization in
terms of acquiring customer perceptions
- Conduct customer complaint investigations with concerned departments/personnel, coordinate
results with complainants, and determine solutions to improve service processes and prevent
recurrence of complaints
- Generate Customer Satisfaction Rating (CSRs) on a periodic basis, and reporting the same to Senior
Management
• Management Review Meeting (MRM) Program
- Administer the management review program which includes gathering of essential information and
records, and preparation of presentation slides
- Assist the Management Representative (MR) in presenting QMS status, achievements and areas
requiring attention and improvement measures
- Prepare and coordinate MRM minutes, with discussed and agreed improvement measures, to all
concerned department heads
- Monitor required actions until its desired completion
• QMS Training Program
- Assist the Senior Management in establishing and maintaining an internal training program for
organization personnel
- Develop training materials and conduct QMS-related awareness courses for the workforce

• Preventive Maintenance Contract
- Assist the Senior Management in the establishment, review and finalization of service contracts
- Prepare Work Methods Statements and Risk Assessments, when necessary, through coordination
