for candidemia. Repeat blood cultures drawn after treatment were negative and
patient s clinical status improved on anidulafungin treatment. This patient had spent a
total of 21 days in the ICU. C. krusei is known to have intrinsic resistance to
fluconazole5, which is why treatment was switched to anidulafungin, a semisynthetic
echinocandin. However, invasive candidiasis and candidemia with other strains of
Candida species are prevalent in severely ill patients and the proper treatment of such
infections should be investigated.

Wireless sensor networks (WSN) are self governing sensors that are widely
distributed in the respective environment. They are also referred as wireless sensor
and actuator networks (WSAN). They are used to observe physical or environmental
conditions, for example, temperature, sound, natural activities etc. They collect data
from each active node and pass it to the network to the centralized location. There are
many flaws occurred in wireless sensor network like user authentication as well as
data travel in the network is not so much secure. We are developing a technique in
which firstly we are allowing the user to pass the hard security authentication scheme
and then the user can join the network. Further we are also providing a secure file
transmission in network via public and private key concept. In this way we maintain
the secure and authenticated transmission of data in predescribed environment.

In the present work, PVA Ag nanocomposite films with thickness 0.18 mm, constant
silver content (0.4 wt. %) and different time of reactions (0.1, 3, 5, 7, 9 h) were
prepared by chemical reduction methods. Structure, surface topology,
photoluminescence and electrical properties of PVA Ag nanocomposite were studied
using x ray diffraction (XRD), electrometer, atomic force microscope (AFM) and
photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy were used to characterize the prepared
nanocomposites. X ray patterns showed the existence of Ag nanoparticles within the
PVA polymeric matrix with face centered cube (FCC) phase. It was found that the
root mean square (RMS) roughness decrease with increasing the time of reaction.
While PL intensity at 427 nm increase as the time of reaction is increased. Frank
poole emission is the prevailing transport mechanism for all samples.

ethnicity and socioeconomic status exists in America. SES pervades many human
functioning to include physical and mental health (Nicklett, 2011; Williams,
Mohammed, Leavell, and Collins, 2010). Studies have suggested that ethnicity is
related to illness, impairment and death rates (Williams, Mohammed, Leavell, and
Collins, 2010). Communities in American are often segregated by SES, race, and
ethnicity. Minority communities commonly share characteristics of low economic
development, poor health conditions and low levels of educational attainment. Low
SES has consistently been implicated as a risk factor for many of these problems that
plague communities. Research indicates that there are large health disparities based
on social status that are pervasive and persistent (McGuire, and Miranda, 2008;
