Science First/STARLAB is an expanding science education company that designs, manufactures, and markets science education, environmental sampling, and portable planetarium products. They are seeking a self-starting sales representative to focus on their Science First product portfolio and help launch new products like Eurosmart dataloggers. The sales representative will be responsible for face-to-face, phone, and social media sales; handling quotes; lead generation; meeting revenue goals; and supporting trade shows. The ideal candidate has sales experience, a technical background, knowledge of education standards, and experience selling to government and education accounts.

Increase of indirect revenue via coordination of dealer relationships and introduction of
new products

The
! • Experienced sales professional with technical background

Experience with government and/or educational accounts is a plus
Knowledge of Curriculum Standards (such as Common Core) is desired
College degree preferred
Excellent communication skills on the phone, face to face and in writing
Experience with key account management and the successful use of related CRM tools
Experience in successfully selling direct and through partners
Adept in launching new products and services
