As a Solutions Expert, you will utilize your functional, technical and business aptitude and strong
communication skills to drive business with Company’s prospects and customers. You will work with
company's Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams to help drive key demonstrations,
prototypes and Proof-of-concepts to drive customer adoption of organization's Governance Risk and
Compliance Enterprise Software Solutions. You will need to understand customer requirements and be
the primary interface of Co. solutions with prospects and evangelize Organization's products and
technologies.
Responsibilities
2. As a Solutions Expert you will work with Sales and the rest of the team to engage in all stages of the
sales cycle. You will meet your key objective by delivering on the following responsibilities:
• Proactively supporting sales and account managers in creating and tailoring specific sales
strategies in the selling process, performing solution-oriented presentations and assisting with
post-demonstration processes
• Leading and creating technical business solutions at all stages of the sales cycle
• Configure organization's Applications to effectively demonstrate and the solutions to meet
customer needs. Also work with onshore/ offshore resources to get rapid configuration work
completed.
• Transition notes, details, requirements related to prospects/ customers to the implementation
delivery team.
• Own market and prospect feedback from prospects and customers and relay it back to product
management for enhancing our solutions
Job Title : Language trainer
Company: One of Leading IT Company
Location: Lithuania, Vilnius (Base location would be Vilnius, however you need to travel to
the countries where you can teach the language)
For Example: If you can give training on German Language, you should be willing to travel
to Germany. If it is Danish, you need to go to Denmark etc. (It is similar for all EU
languages)
Type : Contract (3 months to 6 months contract)

- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
- Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom
management strategies.
