Position: Business Development & Account Management (at various levels of hierarchy)
Location: UK- London, Germany - Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart.
Company/Industry: One of the Global IT Company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation by engaging with internal and external stakeholders
• Ownership of sales cycle from Prospecting to Contracting
• Anchor client meetings and pursue any opportunities generated in collaboration with pre-sales,
product team, partner units and external partners to market relevant solution proposition based
on Company portfolio
• Track competition for the relevant Organization's portfolio products and define strategies to
differentiate and win proposals
• Deliver the revenue goals assigned
Knowledge / Skills Required:
• Experience of selling IT products and solutions to companies in the technology product space.
• Experience on a variety of deal types, from $0.5M to 10M+.
• Strong understanding of the product/ Cloud based industry.
• Cost & revenue drivers for an IT organization.
• Business case creation.
• Financial ratios and analysis.
• Statistical analysis.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to learn and appreciate business processes.
• Ability to display initiative and work in a dynamic (occasionally ambiguous).
Position: Solution Expert, Pre Sales, Solution Design
Location: Anywhere in Europe including UK
Company/Industry: One of the Global IT Company.
Sample Job Description for Pre Sales role:
As a Solutions Expert, you will utilize your functional, technical and business aptitude and strong
communication skills to drive business with Company’s prospects and customers. You will work with
company's Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams to help drive key demonstrations,
prototypes and Proof-of-concepts to drive customer adoption of organization's Governance Risk and
Compliance Enterprise Software Solutions. You will need to understand customer requirements and be
the primary interface of Co. solutions with prospects and evangelize Organization's products and
technologies.
Responsibilities
As a Solutions Expert you will work with Sales and the rest of the team to engage in all stages of the
sales cycle. You will meet your key objective by delivering on the following responsibilities:
• Proactively supporting sales and account managers in creating and tailoring specific sales
strategies in the selling process, performing solution-oriented presentations and assisting with
post-demonstration processes
• Leading and creating technical business solutions at all stages of the sales cycle
• Configure organization's Applications to effectively demonstrate and the solutions to meet
customer needs. Also work with onshore/ offshore resources to get rapid configuration work
completed.
• Transition notes, details, requirements related to prospects/ customers to the implementation
delivery team.
• Own market and prospect feedback from prospects and customers and relay it back to product
management for enhancing our solutions
Job Title : Language trainer
Company: One of Leading IT Company
Location: Lithuania, Vilnius (Base location would be Vilnius, however you need to travel to
the countries where you can teach the language)
For Example: If you can give training on German Language, you should be willing to travel
to Germany. If it is Danish, you need to go to Denmark etc. (It is similar for all EU
languages)
Type : Contract (3 months to 6 months contract)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Conducting Classroom Trainings.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationship with others.
- Establish & maintain a positive climate for learning through appropriate researched based classroom
management strategies.
- Develop & publish classroom rules, guidelines.
- Maintain current curriculum & instructional practices.
- Should be able to understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work.
- To develop or assess materials that will help employees understand the subjects being taught.
- Will be able to decide the best programs to train their employees and meet the needs of the
organization.
