JOB EXPERIENCE
Dhonde & Dhonde (Dealer for NADI Company) Pune, India
Job Title: Sales Engineer 12/15/11 to 12/15/12
• Selling of Industrial centrifugal, axial blowers
• Understanding the requirement of customers and relating to the technical knowledge
• Dealing with the constant changes in the requirement by the customer depending on the type of
project in which the product is used and completing the project in time
FIELD RELATED EXPERIENCE
Project: Axle Leakage reduction and Oil seal run out Test
Objective: To design, efficient and cost effective testing model for axle hub run out test
• Applied ergonomic criteria to analyze worker fatigue and reduced productivity induced by time
consuming run out test of an oil seal in hub wheel
• Shaped the testing instrument mobile, resulting in reduced time in testing by 20 seconds and increase in job
production
• Used critical path analysis, static design analysis and scrap material to finish project 10 days before
submission deadline and within budget.
Project: Control Module of the Hybrid Electric Vehicle Control System
Objective: To design and simulate a module of a hybrid vehicle control system in MotoTune software.
• Designed a simulation model in Simulink with MotoHawk blocks for real world calibration.
• Calibrated various model parameters on electronic control unit (ECU) and MotoTune software.
• Used critical path analysis, minimum complexity in design and adding some safety parameters to the
design module.
Project: Fuel Injection Control
• Simulation of model to control the fuel injector using MotoTune and Simulink software.
• Designed temperature compensation and protection model to improve the fuel injection control.

Project: ISO certification for Advance Powertrain System Research Center
Objective: To provide help to the research center with the understanding of the ISO certification
importance and requirement to acquire it.
• Researched various requirement including both technical and management changes required to
obtain an ISO certification.
• Suggested various changes required to obtain an ISO certification.
• Formulating costing for various changes and obtaining the ISO certification.
Project: Battery SOC Estimation and open loop motor control.
• Simulated a model to calculate SOC of a battery and controlling the motor using MotoTune and Simulink
software.
• Using the current sensor to measure the battery cell current and using the measured current to calculate the
state of charge( SOC) of the battery.
• Using a motor driver to change the direction of the motor and also to vary the rpm of the motor by changing the
PWM duty cycle.
• Using the calculated SOC from the sensor to set the values of the PWM control signal and thus, enable battery
protection strategy.
Project: Closed loop Electronic Throttle Control.
• Simulated a model to control the Throttle valve of a throttle body using MotoTune and Simulink software.
• Design a linear interface models to relate the Accelerator Pedal position and Throttle Valve position with throttle
opening, which is determined by the duty cycle of the PWM control signal of the throttle servo motor.
• Using PID controller with an integration algorithm we compared the performance of the control system and found
out an optimum control design for the system.
Project: Automotive Material recycling
• The project focused on the importance of recycling in the modern world.
• The project also focuses on the various process for recycling various automotive material.
Project: Importance of Precision Manufacturing in design of solar concentrating parabolic dish petals.
• The project focused on the importance of precision while manufacturing a parabolic petal dish for
solar dish convertor.
• Effect of Metrological aspect while manufacturing a dish petal is also covered in this project.
