Developing the Sourcing strategy for the coming year, laying out the action items & implementing them through-
out the year.
Handling the supplier quality improvement and commercial activities concerned with Electronics and electrical
components for the new Engines.
Acting as the Group Leader for cost reduction initative-ACE3 of Cummins and monitoring on time status of the
development of parts, carrying out Cost–benefit analysis, formulating TCOs developing and maintaining the cost
curve throughout the project, aligning towards Risk assessment & its mitigation plans, following up with various
