Key Responsibilities
Supplier Quality Assurance:
• In-Charge of Purchased Material Quality dept for refrigeration compressors.
• Establishing Quality Systems at supplier’s end using techniques like layout inspection,
supplier inspection agreement etc and validating the compliance through periodic
supplier assessment audits and visits.

Major Projects:
• Did an award winning final year project on “Utilization of waste energy in Air
Conditioner” using fluid mechanics.

fixtures during assembly department renovation under CII Cluster initiative.
• Improved the machinabilty of sand cast crankcases by working on inoculation and other
metallographic aspects jointly with supplier.
• Improved the surface finish of piston bore by eliminating the issue of pin hole
generation in bore while honing operation.
• Lead a CFT and significantly reduced the issue rework offloading in assembly
department due to piston top gap variation issue. The same was achieved by controlling
the geometry of related parameters both in machine shop as well as supplier end
