ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Research & Development: Implemented many R&D Design Works in the Welding Electrode Manufacturing
Machineries and accredited by our clients:
• Dry Mixer (Ribbon Blender) – Implemented a sliding door for collecting fluxes from the machine
using lead balls which became an easy and effortless usage to carry through.
• Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine – For minimum size of wire cutting, movable scaling bar
with rollers were developed.
• Wire Cleaning Machine – Designed and implemented for Welding Electrode Manufacturing
Machinery.
• Welding Electrode Packing Machine – Designed and Implemented for Welding Electrode
Manufacturing Machinery in packing session.
• In addition to the above, there were implementation of many other design works being the part of
the machineries which became helpful for the increase in production of welding electrodes.

2. Project Management:
• Responsible for all design modifications in the machine and drafting, documenting the modifications
(Welding electrode manufacturing machines indigenously developed by Logos Weld Products over a
period of 18 years).
• Ensure staff had accurately completed their timesheets.
• Prepare work packages and instructions for subordinators.
• Prepare planning, estimating and costing reports.
• Ensure providing best quality resources are used in the project.
• Preparing project progress report and update project plans as per requirement.
• Ensure projects processes are executing properly.
• Ensuring all documentation procedures under asset care of the Welding electrode manufacturing
machines.
• Undertaking preventive maintenance and implementation of autonomous maintenance for the
Welding electrode manufacturing machines in trail run.
• Respond to customer’s queries and problems to the customer’s full satisfaction.
• Provide technical input to machinery and spares enquires and orders to ensure that the correct
machines and components to the latest design are used and to ensure quality control.
• Site installation and commissioning of major plant upgrades.
• Liaison with Production and plant engineers, operators, customers and suppliers.
• Designed new machine, equipment and systems taking in account cost, availability of materials,
strength and maintenance requirements, appearance and impact on the user and on the
environment.
• Testing and modification of engineered components for all projects.
• Provides engineering support to other design engineers and project teams.
• Responsible for writing technical support documentation for engineering process and
manufacturing.
• Acts as Liaison coordinator for technical support to international industries.

ACHIEVEMENTS
• Designed and implemented Wire cleaning machine for Welding electrode manufacturing machinery
and have successfully completed my work in 10 machines till date.
• Designed and implemented an automation machine in packing session for Welding electrode
manufacturing machinery and have successfully completed my work in 4 machines till date.
• Implemented many R&D design works in the Welding electrode manufacturing machineries (user
friendly techniques and credited by customers).
• Recognized for the improvement of team productivity and efficiency in 2011 - 2015.
