Project - 1 : Resolver Accuracy and Vibration Test Fixture.
Determine the accuracy of gearbox resolver and to test the rotary seal near the
resolver by the dynamic test where the resolver is continuously rotated at a constant rate
with the DC motor attached to the resolver fixture.
Project - 2 : Steering Head CV Seal Test Fixture.
To test CV seals which are going to be used in the main tool with consideration of
real time scenario the system was designed to test all the CV seals in the same fixture.
Project - 3 : Oscillating Valve Seal Test Fixture.
Purpose of this test is to evaluate the performance of a mud-oil rotary oscillating
seal. The system was designed to test the multiple seals in the fixture.
Project - 4 : Shear Valve Assembly Vibe Test Fixture.
Evaluate resonant frequency for the shear valve Assembly as used in the Pre-
prototype tool. The system was designed to evaluate the integrity of the entire shear valve
assembly under vibration
Project - 5 : PDC Radial Bearing Vibration Test Design
Determine the susceptibility of PDC Radial Bearing Inserts to the vibration
environment in various mud solutions. The system was designed to check the behavior of
the PDC Radial Bearing Inserts under the various vibration levels.

Project - 1 : Gravure Printing Machine.
This project is Combine the gravure system in flexo printing machine scope of the
project is maintain the web tension and while plate cylinder engage and disengage at any
speed condition, provide angle adjustment and constant oscillation arrangement in doctor
blade and design of ink try and dryer box.
Project - 2 : Rail system.
Accessories as Coldfoil, Hotfoil, laminator etc, are moves through rail system on
top of the machine and hold at any place as required.
Project - 3 : Plate Cylinder Positioning Drive.
The entire printing machine calibrated by the quality of registration. The
impression of image was transferred from plate cylinder to paper the clearance between
them is adjusted manually by screwed at both ends. It was not accurate so it was
developed as servomotor drive system with rotary encoder feedback.
Project - 4 : Modified Stacker Conveyor.
Slit pieces from slitting unit collecting and stacked by the conveyor. This collection
is done by moving belt on that steel balls are rested for proper guiding. From the customer
it was not working properly so remove these steel balls and create vacuum chamber at
bottom of the rolling belt. This implementation was done in existing stacker conveyor.
Project - 5 : Waste Wind and Coldfoil.
In this project improve cantilever support of core chuck because in the customer
end the running at high speed there is vibration core chuck it was break the waste matrix
rewind web and Coldfoil rewind web.
Project - 6 : Intermediate Hotfoil.
Normally Hotfoil was supply as accessories but some customer wants to it was part
of machine. So we plan to put Hotfoil in between the printing unit without affecting
existing system and web tension.
Project - 8 : Plate Cylinder Mount.
Impression image plates are stick on to the print cylinder in plate cylinder mount.
It’s was developed as to easy and time saving for the operator.

Project - 1 : Analysis and Evaluation of Structural Stability in 3-Axis CMM.
This is my ME project the main aim of this project is the newly developed CMM
of 12-20-10 is found to exhibit inaccuracies in ‘Y’-Axis measurement. Then evaluate the
structural aspect of the machine for its metrological behavior and dynamic performance
of machine in the ‘Y’ axis motion.
Hence analysis conducted for both the granite and steel column it was observed
that the deflection of machine structure is less for the steel column compared to granite
column of CMM and observed that the repeatability of measurement within the limit.
Project - 2 : Improving the Accuracy, Repeatability of co-ordinate measuring machine.
This is development project of drive system in Y-Axis to improving the rigidity,
accuracy and repeatability of the co-ordinate measuring machine. We use shaft and linear
nut drive system in all axis form that we could not achieve the required performance. We
decided to implement belt drive system in Y-axis in various methodologies of trial run,
like fixed motor, moveable motor, timer belt and pulley and poly ‘V’ belt and pulleys.
The above trial run got a required result in moveable motor with poly ‘v’ belt drive
system then changing the drive system into belt drive instead of shaft driver for all axes.
Project - 3 : Grano 12-20-10 & 10-10-8 CMM Design
After the improvement in Accuracy and Repeatability of co-ordinate measuring
machine we decided develop new range of CMM. The responsibility includes collecting
the data to bench marking then arrived new model as 12-20-10 & 10-10-8.
