When an employee working in the cosmetics section of Sephora
encounters a new product she is not familiar with, she can easily ask
an expert within her enterprise to help answer her question

• WeChat users can use the wingz Official Account to book rides at major airports
in the US
• RTM connected wingz bookings API to WeChat backend, extending wingz
service to WeChat
• Users register with a phone number and can book and pay with WeChat Pay to
book their private driver in the US
• All communications take place within WeChat, no need for the user to
download a separate app
