1. How many employees work in this organization?
2. Are the teachers well trained? Do they have enough qualification?
3. Is there any 'Teachers Training' package this year?
4. How often do you call for teachers meeting?
5. How are teachers hired for teaching? What method have you been applying?
6. Are parents satisfied with the organization's work? How often do you conduct
parents and teachers interaction program?
7. What sort of programs do you conduct yearly for the students and employees?
8. Do all the employees get satisfied with the decision you make? How do you
interact with the employee who don't get satisfied?
9. How have you divided the work among the employees? Are all satisfied with the

6. Findings
Altogether 30 employees including teaching and non-teaching staffs work there.
Teachers with minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree(running or completed)
work in this organization
Almost all teachers are provided with 'Teachers Training' package every year. The
training runs for a week.
Every last Friday of the month Teacher's Meeting is called.
Twice a year, Parents and Teachers interaction program is conducted. Apart from this,
parents are also called individually for interaction along with their ward for
suggestions if any on a monthly basis.
Different ECAs and CCAs are conducted as mentioned in the calendar for students
and for teachers usually 'Teachers Tour' for refreshment is conducted at the end of the
session.

7. Findings contd..
The work has been further divided under the heading Coordinator and Head Of
Department.
There is an average employee turn over rate of 2/3 person per year.
Teachers were hired through an interview along with some written tests.
Students were found not speaking in English language as means of communication
and they were also found misbehaving and using inappropriate words.
The environment was somewhat messy and also plastic wrappers were found thrown
almost everywhere.

8. Recommendations
Student counselling has to be done frequently.
English as a means of communication has to be strictly followed by
every students and teachers, since it is an English medium school.
The employee turnover rate has to be decreased for which the
administrator has to make good interpersonal relation with the employee
and encourage them.
It is the responsibility of the admin to encourage the staffs for
maintaining the school's environment either by managing dustbins or
through other means.

9. Conclusion
Overall performance of Lyceum Model School is good.
Despite of these drawbacks, it still has a good image among the
people in the society.
The best thing of this organization is, it has big plants and trees
planted everywhere which makes the environment fresh and
provides a good studying enviroment for the students.
It has also been conducting Health and Sanitation program
every year which is also a good factor for the progress of the
organization.
