to make that change in my diet

originating from China.
Ordering any sort of dumplings as a dish is
usually enough food for two or three
people. If you’re dining out, split it with a
friend or save the rest for tomorrow’s yummy
lunch to save you time and money!

Often prepared with raw food. Tuna and salmon are the most common fillings in sushi.
Delicate fish like these are rich in essential oils and nori seaweed is loaded with minerals.
Sushi has become the ideal 21st century lunch option for the health conscious. One must
know that sushi comes from a culture that is inherently healthy. You can’t just add sushi to
our way of life and expect to get the same benefits.
An average roll can easily contain over 1500kj and 2g of salt.
A sushi roll is an oriental take of the western sausage roll. The name Sushi means “sour
tasting” because it is made from rice steeped in vinegar.
Rising sushi consumption is also leading to the destruction of some of the world’s last great
sea fisheries and above all, destroying the aquatic biodiversity.

  • 11. salmon or tuna? Tuna and salmon are good sources of fish oil and Omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon has more calories and fats while tuna is richer in protein. Salmon is more expensive and is more likely to be considered a delicacy. tunaHigh quality protein with no fat but it is rich in mercury which poses a serious health/environmental threat. A sushi roll is an oriental take of the western sausage roll. The name Sushi means “sour tasting” because it is made from rice steeped in vinegar. Rising sushi consumption is also leading to the destruction of some of the world’s last great sea fisheries and above all, destroying the aquatic biodiversity.
