MAD FRESH VEGGIES 
At Teriyaki Madness, serving fresh vegetables is very important to us. Using fresh veggies not only 
contributes to the overall taste of our meals, but the fresher the veggies, the healthier our food is. 
Because our bowls are completely customizable, you get to choose which veggies you want or don’t want 
in your meal, all vegetables can be substituted at no extra charge. Our vegetables can be stir fried or 
steamed (for a healthier option) and any of our dishes can be made low-carb, meaning we replace rice or 
noodles with vegetables. Not only do our bowls meet our customer’s dietary needs, they also meet their 
taste buds needs. 
We serve a special blend of cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, and onions in all of our bowls. 
Cabbage is an excellent source of Vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, fiber, and other nutrients. 
Historically, cabbage is known for its healing powers and medicinal value. 
Broccoli’s nutrients include Vitamin C, Vitamin A, calcium, iron, and fiber. Broccoli has an extensive 
amount of health benefits including bone health, and heart health. 5 ounces of broccoli have more 
Vitamin C than 2 ½ pounds of oranges! 
Zucchini is a great source of fiber, protein, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, copper, 
and Vitamins A, C, and B6. Zucchini lowers blood pressure and cholesterol. 
Carrots not only protect our eyesight, but they regulate our blood sugar and have anti-cancer properties. 
Carrots are full of beta-carotene which our bodies convert to Vitamin A. They are also great for healthy 
teeth and bones. 
Onions are known to virtually cure anything. Onions contain Vitamin C, B6, biotin, chromium, calcium and 
fiber. 
All of the veggies we use have extensive health benefits but are also incredibly tasty. Every vegetable is 
crucial for the flavoring of our Tmad dishes!
