Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead the team with the daily operation of the department
* Prepare weekly schedule of the team
* Check and prepare the attendance of the team for payroll purpose
* Give coaching to colleagues with regards to the SOP of the department and things that
needs for coaching and guidance
* Check every details of the operation area,the cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet
* Assigning responsibilities to team members equally
* Coordinate with Manager and colleagues everything about the operations of the department
