 Managed server farm consisting of over 30 servers, including stand-alone and virtual.
Servers were Dell, Gateway, HP and IBM. Used VMware 4 and 5 to create, configure and
manage virtual servers.
 Managed Dell SAN utilizing IBM Tivoli Backup software and VMware Tools.

 Designed and built Microsoft Windows network from ground-up.

 Manage employee-training program for orientation and application support.
 Work with Cisco routers and wireless access points, as well as 3Com hubs and switches on
LAN and WAN.
 Manage phone switch and Microsoft Exchange Server-based voice mail system consisting of
200 phones in 5 locations.
 Manage voicemail system built on an Oracle platform.
 Responsible for the wiring of all sites to Cat 5e wiring standard.

Design, installation and service of Closed Circuit Television surveillance systems and Access
