The Regional Education Manager supports sales through education by recruiting and developing Account Executives to ensure technical skills, facilitation skills, and accountability are optimized. The REM is responsible for long-term education planning and execution for the top 20 salons in the region by identifying the best AEs for each salon. Key responsibilities include managing education programs, developing existing and new business through in-salon programs, working with sales counterparts on strategic planning and events, and developing and coaching Account Executives and SalonCentric representatives.
