 Achieving assigned monthly Area sales targets by management.
 Look after overall operations going on in designated area.
 Implement company polices in designated area.
 Controlling the costumer services quality.
 Report to Regional Sales Director related to daily routine sales related issues.
 Make sure all the staffs are equipped with latest product knowledge and company polices, for that
arranging training session on monthly basis.
 Weekly visit to designated area shops to check physical inventory which should be tallied with
stock ledger.
 Arrange staffs schedule to maintain sufficient staffs in different shop.
 Maintaining stock reports for moving and non moving items and taking appropriate action for the
liquidation of non moving stocks.
