Hinduism is one of the largest religions in India and Nepal that teaches eternal duties like honesty and mercy. It does not worship any single god, instead it has many divine forms across different time periods. Most Hindus believe in daily prayer and visiting temples regularly. The current era is one of evil influences, but Hindus can be protected by chanting god's name. The religion focuses on an universal soul, reincarnation based on karma, and achieving salvation through peace and harmony. Swami Vivekananda helped spread Hindu teachings in the Western world in the late 1800s.
