India is a cradle of several prominent religions but still it is a secular country.

4. MUSLIM Islam was established in Saudi Arabia. But most of Islam's spreaders in India arrived from non-Arab countries (It must be noted that Arab traders and travelers had arrived into India even before Islam was established in Arabia The Muslims are about 12% of India's population.

5. SIKKHISM Sikhism is one of the most ancient religions of India and the believers of this religion are called Sikhs that means disciples. The founder of Sikhism was Guru Nanak.

6. BUDDHISM In general, Buddhism is a way of finding peace within oneself. It is a religion that helps us to find the happiness and contentment we seek
