It is my pleasure to write this letter in support of Mattia Briganti’s application at your organisation.
I have known Mattia since September 2019 as his professor in “Management Control”, as well as
the dean of the Torino Campus of ESCP Business School - the eighth Business School in Europe
according to the Financial Times’ ranking.
In the few months that I have come to observe and evaluate Mattia’s performance, his resolute
desire to understand, reflect on complex situations and issues, work as efficiently as part of a team
as independently, quickly master new theories, and propose innovative solutions had been nothing
short of remarkable. For example during the “Management Control” module he showed outstanding
analytical and lateral thinking skills that enabled him to conduct a thorough and intelligent analysis
with a clear structuring and innovative thinking.
He is certainly quick-witted, perseverant, well respected by his peers, has solid interpersonal skills
besides delivering good quality work with tight deadlines. Overall, I would say his drive, aptitude
and results definitely ranked him among the top 5% in his class.
As Dean of a leading Business School in Europe, I believe that Mr. Briganti would be a perfect
