The principal focus is on Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) mainly based in Northern Italy.   4. 4. TEAM (1) FRANCO RIGHI – Founder and Managing Partner President and founder of RATIO in 1994 and of RATIO CONSULTING SRL in 2011. Class 1963. Bachelor and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Florida. Started his career in the Portfolio Management Office of Banca Popolare Emilia Romagna as Financial Analyst. In the following 20 years he has been General Manager, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Controller and Consultant for important multinationals such as Ferro Corporation, Invensys Plc, Technicolor and well-known Italian groups such as Malgara Chiari & Forti, La Veggia, Coemar and Nuova Fima held by private equity funds and then moved to the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Vignola as Secretary General. Languages: Italian and English fluent, Spanish and French: academic. ALFREDO BALLARINI – Senior Advisor and Financial Analyst Owner of the “Studio di Finanza Aziendale” started in 1987. Specialized in the analysis of corporate financial statements and in companies valuation. Speaker at several courses and conferences on economic and financial matters is also publisher of financial analysis with sectorial specialization in the production of ceramic tiles and related production of industrial automation.   5. 5. TEAM (2) FABRIZIO LEONI – Senior Advisor Born in 1960. Degree in Business Administration cum laude from University of Bologna and Master in Financial Brokerage (MIF) from SDA Bocconi. CPA (dottore commercialista e revisore) since 1993. Professor at University of Bologna in Mergers and Acquisitions from 2007 to 2009. In 1987 started his career as financial analyst with IMI Group and Sige Capital Markets in Milan. From 1990 to 1992 he has been finance director at Salvat ore Fer r agamo – Flor ence. For t he past 15 year s he has been involved in deal or iginat ion, M&A and cor por at e f inance t r ansact ions, debt r est r uct ur ing as Dir ect or f ir st at Er nst & Young Cor por at e Finance and t hen at Deloit t e FAS, super vising a t eam of 5 prof essionals. PIERMARIO RIGONI – Senior Advisor and Financial Analyst Born in 1974, graduated in Industrial Engineering at the University of Padua, is currently attending an Executive MBA from LUISS Business School in Rome. Decades of experience in tourism and real estate gained in the role of Financial Controller at international hotel chains including the Chia Laguna Resort Spa / Le Meridien in Sardinia. GIANLUCA SELMI – Senior Advisor Born in 1956 has thirty years of experience in different industries such as textiles and clothing, computers, operating systems and management, chemical. He has a degree in social sciences at the University of Urbino and Ancona'' in 1979. He earned a Masters in Business Administration at the institute Adriano Olivetti ISTAO (Ancona) in 1981. Languages: Italian mother tongue, English and Spanish fluently.
