Shalel in my capacity as Director of Studies of Intercultural Business Administration at the
Lauder Business School and as his lecturer of a two-semester course in Project
Management.
I have had the opportunity to monitor Mr. Shalel’s interaction with students and his
participation in class and to evaluate his knowledge and skills. He has prominently shown
the characteristics of a persistent student and a team worker alongside the ability to
accomplish tasks in a timely manner. Furthermore he has demonstrated high integrity and
ability to multitask. He has shown an impeccable performance during in-class assignments
and group presentations, too. Mr. Shalel has proved to have good organizational and
