Dr. Tan Miller writes a letter of recommendation for Pauline Bressy. He describes her as an outstanding student who received an A in his Introduction to Global Supply Chain Management class and would have received an A+ if possible. Pauline asked thoughtful questions in class and exhibited a strong drive to learn. Dr. Miller was also impressed by Pauline's enthusiasm for learning outside the classroom, noting she successfully adapted to a new culture when taking her senior year in the United States. Dr. Miller highly recommends Pauline for employment and urges the reader to give her application strong consideration.

Professor Honhon wrote a recommendation for me after I audited her Operations Practicum course in 2008. This was related to supply chain work which my work group completed for Frito Lay North America.

Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Pauline Bressy
From: Dr. Tan Miller, Director of the Global Supply Chain Management Program, Rider University
Dear Sir or Madam:
Pauline Bressy has just graduated with joint degrees from the Rider College of Business
Administration (Lawrenceville, NJ, USA) and CEFAM University (France). While at Rider, Pauline
took my class titled Introduction to Global Supply Chain Management in the spring 2016 semester.
Based upon her extremely strong performance in my class as well as other classes, and her
mature, friendly and collaborative approach, I would highly recommend that you give Pauline strong
consideration for employment in your organization. Pauline is an extremely bright young woman and an
outstanding student. Pauline received an A in my class, and if Rider allowed the grade of A+, Pauline
would have received an A+. Her performance on every exam was essentially perfect! She is very
inquisitive, attentive and engaged in class, and clearly strives to exceed in everything she does. In my
class she asked many thoughtful questions. In general, she exhibits a strong drive to learn and to
contribute.
I am also very impressed with Pauline’s enthusiasm and curiosity for and about learning outside
of the classroom. It is not an easy decision to take your senior year in a new country (the USA) and to
have to adapt to a new culture and environment. Pauline took on this challenge and clearly had an
extremely successful time while at Rider.
In conclusion, I would urge you to give her application for employment in your organization
strong consideration. If I can answer any questions you may have, or provide any more information,
please feel free to contact me at any time.
Regards,
Dr. Tan Miller
