OBJECTIVE: To make students speak out
at the end of the story.
Warm up: Shows pictures and students
have to guess to what story belong.
Introduce the story.
 There was once a miller who, when
 he died, had nothing to leave to his
 three sons but a mill, a donkey, and a
 cat. The mill he left to his eldest son,
 the donkey to the second, and to the
 youngest he left the cat.
 The youngest son was very unhappy.
 "Alas!" he said, "This cat is of no use
 to me and I am too, poor to feed
 her.“…..
asks students what is the main
idea, the main characters
What kind of character do you think Puss in Boots is? (Is he
clever, sneaky, honest, friendly, cute?)

Puss in Boots tells many lies in this story. Why does he lie? What
do you think about his lying?
Students have to answer questions.
Every picture tells a story
In your own words, write what is happening in this picture
from the story Puss in Boots.
Ask students to write a short story.
Assessment: Students are able to create
their own story using their imagination.
